I personally was a manager at a jersey Mike when I was younger, so I know the weights for all the subs. When I watched my #4 get sliced I had to ask and pay for more meat because it would have been all bread if I didn’t. I wasn’t even gonna pay but I’m not that person. It’s better to be heavy than light.

My family and I are on vacation in Ocean City. We just stopped in real quick for lunch while out and about. One of the workers (who appeared to be the manager) was extremely professional and friendly. It’s hard to find good quality service in general these days, especially at a fast food establishment. There was a small mistake with one of our sandwiches and the one cook actually even brought over the right sandwich to our table. So sweet. Extremely great experience!!!!

Hair was in sandwich, asked for it to be remade, hair in it again. Then my brother also found a hair in his sandwich. when we asked the woman working the back line doing online orders she gave us attitude. Other than that the staff was nice!

First time getting a hot sub, and I thought it would be dressed like the cold subs, but I wound up with a plan cheese steak. I was never asked if I wanted anything on it. I was kind of disappointed when I was handed my sub all wrapped up. I would have said something, but the location was extremely busy at the time. I guess I’ll know better the next time I order a hot sub.

What can you say ? Jersey Mikes is always a good choice for subs the service at this particular location is always good. Average price for a sub these days meaning everything is overpriced but the portion of meats and toppings are decent and better than most sub shops in the area . Definitely a better option in my opinion than most other fast food chains.

I have had the privilege of using Jersey Mike’s for catering lunches I have provided on 5 different occasions. Only once, was the order inaccurate. The team member misread the order and did not prepare enough sandwiches. They apologized immediately and pulled two team members to rectify the situation timely and accurately. I was also assured that this situation would be reviewed in order to mitigate the risk of it happening again. I could not be any happier with that customer service. On the other 4 occasions, the orders were perfect, ready for pick-up and the clients I provided for were thrilled with the selection. I will continue to use this location for its friendly environment and dedication to the best service possible. We all make mistakes, folks. How we learn from them in order to improve is the pearl. This location values its “pearls”.

Last night I visited the Berlin store for the first time. All four people I interacted with were smiling and helpful even though busy. But the star is the man working the griddle! I require gluten free and this is the first cheese steak I have had in years! Toasted bun filled with deliciousness! I watched him make it he was careful and protected me. Wish I knew his name to thank him. But hopefully he sees this! Thank you!

Update: I was contacted by the owner/manager in regards to my issues. They assured me that they would work with their staff to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I appreciate that they have taken this issue seriously and have made changes. I also understand that a new business can have some issues in the beginning. We have not tried them again but will consider in the future.
I got take out on Friday for myself and my family. The bags had the number of the order on them. I ordered a gluten free sub for myself. We went by the numbers on the bag to figure out what order was mine. I ate some of it and thought that it was not the same cheesesteak i ordered. Then my son noticed his was wrong too. The one that was supposed to be gluten free ended up in the bag with the order number belonging to my son. This weekend, I have felt awful. For those not familiar, gluten can cause issues for several weeks after being exposed. I would not recommend this place.
