I really enjoy Starbucks, but the guy at the drive-thru here has been quite rude. When I politely asked for help stirring my coffee, he made me feel bad for even asking. His attitude was off-putting, and he gave me a rather intimidating look. All I want is to order my coffee in peace, so I hope for a little more kindness next time.

So I have been trying to get away from energy drinks and starting drinking coffee! I’ve been to multiple coffee shops and tried various drinks, not anything I liked or was looking for. I went to Starbucks 2x today. Once for a drink and another for a desert. My barista was Bre! She was newer and in training. She was absolutely wonderful. Personality, kindness and compassionate about her job! I explained to her I had not found a coffee that I had liked so she recommended one for me. Made me the drink and I LOVED it! Thanks to her you guys gained a new daily customer! Way to go Bre! Thank you

This is my favorite Starbucks in Grand Island. I have a few requests on my caramel frapp and Conner not only makes a great drink, he remembers the order when I start making changes. All the staff is so friendly and I have never had a bad drink here.

Semi new location I happen to be there for a VA appointment had my coffee. Everybody behind the counter was awesome and the one girl went out of her way to accommodate my service dog by making sure she had water and then making sure I had some water to take with me since she knew I was driving, couple hours back east. Everything bagel was right on the spot for a bite to eat.

There’s a staff member (possibly the manager) who is consistently rude and unprofessional whenever I pick up an online order. She makes passive-aggressive comments like “you ordered last minute,” even when the store isn’t busy. Whether I order in person or online shouldn’t matter — I just want my tea hot, not sitting on the counter. This has happened more than once. If she dislikes her job that much, she shouldn’t take it out on customers. I come here to enjoy my day, not leave with a headache.
