This is the worst Dunkin in the area! Avoid at all costs! I was the only car in the drive thru yesterday morning around 7:30 am. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and the turkey sausage with egg on English muffin sandwich. There were multiple workers inside and the girl at the register acted like she couldn’t be bothered. My problem is they gave me a drink that was all ice! It wasn’t even filled all the way and I couldn’t put my straw in it. Then my sandwich had 2 different pieces of bread. The top portion was some sort of flatbread. Dunkin’s app has been down for 24 hours and nobody has reached out to me. Total waste of $13!

Alright guys so this is pretty good they made my large mocha signature latte just how it looked in the picture, the lady seemed busy so I didn’t take offense at the unusually quick service with a few words but it was good anyways. Donut was kinda dry and old as usual but that’s standard for dunkin. 5/5.

Absolutely awful service. No one in drive thru. No one in store. Took 10 minutes for drive through to answer. Waited another 5 minutes before they acknowledged my online order. Was then told they didnt have any elements of my order(coffee, bacon egg bagel). Absolutely hilarious the lack of professionalism. At least 2 employees working. Hopefully i get my refund, but I expect I wont. Corporate dunkin did not care at all when I explained my experience and I was told I would need to get a refund(for order they didnt have) through the franchisee.

I don’t write reviews because it feels annoying, but I am honestly quite irritated with what is apparently a policy.

I ordered something via the mobile app, got to the drive thru to pick it up, and was told they were out of it. Fine, no big deal, they can’t control that and I can just get a refund. Or apparently not, because “I ordered through the app”. Whatever that means? So I’m given two options: they make me something I didn’t even want to replace what I did want, or I’m out my $. Make it make sense. I’m sure you can easily just offer someone a gift card for credit when this happens, people!

Been coming here forever, everyone’s been pretty friendly but the service has declined a ton. They do not have enough people working at a time and i’ve sat in the drive through for 10 min with one car ahead of me still waiting to be seen. Not the workers fault at all, it’s over ever schedules.

From the countless times I’ve gone here every single time it gets worse. Today was the last straw. I had ordered my usual avocado toast and iced vanilla latte. The latte wasn’t the best, but that wasn’t my biggest issue. This location doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of toast as they never actually give me toasted bread. Instead I am always left disappointed with soggy cold bread and avocado spread to top it off. Today I opened my box to find the same soggy toast, but with a little surprise. On the inside of the box there was baked, crusted on cheese which doesn’t even come on the avocado toast, so I am now led to believe that I was given my avocado toast in a used dirty box. Judging by the other reviews I would say it’s best to just go to another location.

I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and I had to explain it three times and a order of hash browns. Iced coffee had no sugar in it so I had to add some and the hash browns were a soggy mess with three of them stuck together in a wet ball like they’ve been sitting under a gas station heat lamp for 6 hours. I ate one and a half and then threw the rest of it away.

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru today.The staff member taking my order was extremely rude…. From the moment I arrived, her tone was impatient, and she made me feel rushed and unwelcome. When i reached my hand out for grab my drink she responded with attitude and snappy comments it was wild to say the least….this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because no one should leave a business feeling disrespect

DONT EAT OR DRINK HERE
They dont wash any of their pans or spoons to stir ur coffee
They leave milk out from 6pm till 5am and then serves it to customers
There dirty and rude and the manager and dm know and no one cares not even their hr department dont go here so bad
