I moved here a few months ago from Grand Rapids and was so excited when I discovered Sultan’s! It immediately reminded me of my favorite Mediterranean spot back home. I’ve been hooked since then. 11/10. The food is always delicious and hot, with incredible flavor in every bite. The portions are generous, the pricing is perfect, and it’s just an all-around fantastic restaurant. I genuinely look forward to every visit and can’t wait to eat here again!

First time to order from Sultan’s Restaurant West and the food was good. I got a Sultan’s for one with a lentil soup and the meal was big in size. Basically, it is more like a piece of everything and the kofta, grilled chicken, falafel, grape leaf, rice and lentil soup were tasty, but the grilled meat was not the best cut. Chicken shawarma and garlic sauce were also fine. Big meal to order for a person.

Wonderful food! The chicken was excellent. The hummus tasted Delicious. And the lentil soup is not something you can simply use a spoon for… It’s so good! I had to pick up the bowl and shovel it in. Excellent.

Atmosphere was clean, well lit and comfortable. Staff all over the restaurant in front and kitchen were very friendly and went above and beyond. They and their manager Sala did everything they could to explain and accommodate our allergies (tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish and dairy) food was amazing. We wished we lived closer so we could come more often! Definitely a place worth supporting!

Food was very good. Friendly and helpful service. We were able to easily find a table and ordering was easy. Our family has some allergy issues and we were all able to find plenty of items that were safe. The wait time was short and everyone in our group enjoyed the food very much.

Ordered a huge carry out order, for a surprise birthday party . When picking up the order the server went through the 10 entries presentation and the orders correctness ❤️ then carting the order to our vehicle. The food was AMAZING! the service FANTASTIC! Ordered A Bowl with Rice Base, Chicken shawarma as protein, Hummus, and Tahini Sauce. The order arrived with salad underneath it, A SALAD UNDER THE CHICKEN that i DID NOT ORDERR. Let me tell you about this horrible experience… 1. i Hate tomatoes, so imagine finding that under my food. 2. The mix of cucumbers and chicken together? omg that’s the worst zafar taste ever. 3. There was no Hummus. 4. It arrived cold (probably door dasher fault) but how will i even heat this up with a salad under neath it mixed with the rice? literally ate few bites only (forced myself cause i was so hungry, but i still lose my appetite after)
