The lady with pink/purple hair always has the worst attitude. She constantly is rolling her eyes and scoffing as soon as the place gets mildly busy. I work in retail and would never act that way in front of customers. Also left what I assume is her vape in public view on a table with letters for the billboard out front. Overall terrible customer service by her constantly.

Usually when I come here the 2 guys that work behind the counter are wonderful. I always order the same sub and have from any subway I have ever gone. A pizza sub. Nothing crazy! So tonight I go in and order my pizza sub like usual and the woman looked at me like I was crazy and said they never had that sandwich. I told her what it was and that I have got this sandwich my whole life. She then got snarky and said it wasn’t on the menu. Her attitude was awful so I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. After getting back in the car I looked on the subway website and they do in fact still have pizza subs. I think a little more training on customer service and knowledge of products is in order.

A lady with purple in her hair had the worst attitude. I said I wanted extra ranch on my sandwich, and she put mayo. I saw that she put mayo and I restated that I wanted ranch. She sighed, picked off the veggies, still left mayo on the sandwich, and put on new veggies with ranch. Absolutely horrible service. There wasn’t a receipt left in the bag, so I don’t know what her name was.

Sllllllllooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww, not to mention they messed up my order. I ordered one drink and two cookies with my sub, and they brought out 2 large drinks and two cookies, then acted mad because I said I did not order 2 large drinks for myself. Then to top it off they charged me for 2 drinks after I gave one back………..Girl with pierced nose and mouth and whatever else could use a different job

Very nice employees but for some reason they always get my order wrong in really weird ways. It’s a running joke in my house. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct order from here. The most recent example is a sandwhich I bought; I got it toasted and asked for mayo. The sandwhich came without mayo and not toasted but they put pickles on it ( I didn’t ask for pickles???) so weird lol but they’re nice and I love subway regardless.

We have been going to subway in villa Grove for years, but the last couple of times it’s been ridiculous. When we pulled up to go in to place our order, we were the only customers inside. Both employees told us we will get to you when we can. My wife and I waited for 15 minutes and still no one acknowledged us. Yet again we were only ones in subway. Very poor customer service!!

Probably the best of the Subway stores in the area. Clean, fast, and friendly. The only negative is occasionally there is someone set up at one of the tables like it is an office and they talk loud and sometimes offensively on the phone. Sadly enough, I think these people are the owners as they never have food or drinks.

My husband liked his Veggie Delite Wrap, although a bit pricey at $6.99. I liked my 6″ Cold Cut Combo EXCEPT for the wheat bread. It was very dry and hard, so much so that it jabbed my top lip. Nothing worse than dry, hard bread. The cucumbers also looked pretty sad, with the ice coming up around them. Staff was friendly.

Pulled up to drive through was told by the employee “ pulling forward when you’re ready and I’ll be with you in a minute.” Well I pull forward then I waited while he took someone else’s order. I was told to go back around. Well never going back to this one in my life time
