Ive had lunch from here before provided by work. I kept thinking about it one afternoon. Looked on the website and found it could get my favorite sandwich in a wrap! Got busy, realized I forgot to stop by on my way home so I decided to do the delivery. My order came super quick, the driver followed the simple instructions, and my favorite sandwich is now my favorite wrap. Thank you!!

Very inconsistent. Yesterday was the worst. My BLT I could barely find the lettuce, only a couple slices of tomato. The tuna salad one was done well but BLT was lame. Seems to have high turnover of people, some not very nice. Seems like if there is a special promotion this location doesn’t participate. When the sandwiches are done right they are great but it depends on if you want to take that gamble.

As a Marine Corps Veteran, I drove 21 miles on Veteran’s Day to this location because the Jimmy John’s Website said they were doing a promotion for Veteran’s offering a free sub with the purchase of a medium drink and chips. Upon arrival, I was told the Amery location was not participating in this promotion. I was told if they did that, then they would have to charge more to the local community for their subs. Saddened, I left with nothing. The guy did say “God Bless” as I left.
Fortunately, I drove up the road to Subway and told them what happened, and they honored the Jimmy John’s promotion for me. God Bless Subway and thank you for your excellent service!

Went to Jimmy Johns today. What a mess. All of the people are different again today. Can’t keep any help…. It took them fifteen minutes to get two cars through the drive through. I ordered my sub with extra lettuce and sweet peppers, I did not get either one….Then it took the idiot at the counter another five minutes to get me my change. My total was 8.85 I gave them a 10 dollar bill. When I did get my change, I was given a dollar and 3 quarters. Evidently can’t do the math or count change. Nothing good to say about the visit….just wow!

*I don’t normally change my review of a place but I gotta say that things have gotten way better here. Now I come here once a week.

I usually stop by to pickup a couple of sandwiches 3 to 4 times a month, but today’s (1/31/22) interaction put a stop to that. When I get to the window i hand the female with short dark hair cash for payment. I noticed that she had disposable gloves on which is pretty standard, so she hands my change back. Cool. Then she turns around and goes to the sandwich making line wearing gloves and starts to handle my sandwiches. This is the messed up part. So I asked her if she had changed her gloves before handing my order (because I didn’t see her change them) and she INSTANTLY became offended that I even asked. Then offended turn into defensive. I just asked because I didn’t see her change her gloves after handling cash. So she rudely says “I changed my gloves!” And then slams the drivethru window shut and walks away. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but she shouldn’t be rude to the customers.

Better than subway on my opinion. I ordered a sub today, but still waiting 45 minutes for it. I ordered it on the app, told me that you guys were closed. Googled you guys and said you guys were open. Love giving you guys the business. But losing interest in playing my order with you guys.
