This might be the worst taco bell I’ve been to. Customer service is bad. I ask them to double grill my quesadillas they said they can’t, mind you i used to work at Taco Bell I know you can. One time I mentioned they forgot my nacho cheese the lady said she put my name in the book and when I came to get my nachos and cheese the manager or whoever she was said my name is not in the book so i can not get my nachos. One time i asked them in my breakfast burrito to put the potatoes on the side instead of in the burrito She said she would have to ring me up for a side of potatoes thati would have to pay extra for. This is sad how bad their service are.

I come to this location on a regular basis after work since I work close by. Each time I go, I’ve had nothing but friendly interactions with the staff and my food is always ready on time when I come pick it up. I’m pretty sure they see me walking up and know me by now since I’m a frequent customer lol
The few times I’ve gone on the weekends, if my food is not ready by the time I get there, they’re usually pretty busy through the drive through and the amount of cars in the parking lot. Inside is busy as well. If I have to wait 5-10 minutes longer from the expected time, that’s not a big deal bc the food is always hot and there are worse things than having to wait a little longer (I work with beings that live and die so that’s worse than having to wait a few extra minutes). The restaurant is always clean and if the floor is wet bc of weather or whatnot, those yellow signs are put up.
The food industry is hard and ppl can be very picky about their orders. If you’re complaining about waiting an extra couple minutes or something wasn’t made to your exact preference, humble yourself bc there are worse things in the world.

Do NOT go to this Taco Bell. I was going through the drive through during the rain, and it was hard to hear the speaker. I though the operator was asking me if I would like anything else, so I said, “no thank you”, and then a lady comes on and says “CAN YOU LISTEN? He asked if you want a drink.”. I left the drive through without the order. Anyone going to this I would highly recommend the Wendy’s next to it; they have staff that will treat you with respect. Whoever was the lady on the speaker at 8:40 AM today (October 30th), I wish you to learn basic manners.

You lost out on 10 cars worth of sales because of poor service. Stay open if your drive thru is full of customers who are waiting to order. I Waited 30mins to be told you are closed and your drive thru lane isn’t wide enough for two cars so we are all trapped here. Very lame.

3/3/26 at 5:45 I was forced to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Food was fine, but honestly I’m still dumbfounded that I just spent 30 minutes in a drive thru line

I ordered a VEGETARIAN BLACK BEAN CRUNCHWRAP. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 20 years. They literally gave me extra meat and no black beans. I paid for and ordered sauces too. I got none. I stopped buying Taco Bell since 2013. I will officially never give them my service again. Shame on you and your employees.

Waited in drive thru line for over half an hour to be told they are only making delivery or mobile orders. Manager wasnt helpful at all and pretty much said oh well. I wasted 30 min to sit in a line that I can’t even leave because the way drive thru is set up. We as customers shouldn’t be punished because you can’t staff your store. Completely unacceptable and I will not be back. I’m also assuming you lost all the customers that waited in line with me being told the same thing.
