I ordered 2 pizzas, some mac n cheese and a tenderloin sandwich last night. Ordered around 7:45 and said it would be ready at 8:30. I get there at 8:30 to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. My two pizzas were JUST NOW being made at pick up time. So I go sit outside and wait 15 minutes only to come back and one of my pizzas STILL had not been made. Whoever was working in the kitchen also ignored me standing at the counter because she was too busy on her phone call on her ear buds. I had to ask a cashier up front to go check on my order because she was ignoring me. Had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes. The cashier was nice enough to come outside and offer my family free fountain drinks for the wait. We made our drinks only to get home to have undercooked pizza and completely flat sodas from the fountain.
If you order pizza from here, don’t try to pick it up until 40 minutes after pick up time!!

Been going there for years with no problems using their pumps at least weekly. But Yesterday Aug 27 my daughter was charged 83$ for a 10$ worth of gas in her car. Her Toyota won’t hold that much even getting the high dollar fuel. Hopefully she can talk to someone there and get it straightened out.

Ordered one of their awesome pizzas late last evening for pickup. My car had a dead battery and it was too late to call a friend. Called Casey’s back and told them to give the pizza away and I would be there in the morning to pay for it. George said it was no problem and he would have a pizza

We went to the Casey’s in Mount Vernon Indiana around 12 midnight. They are one of the only gas stations around us that are open 24 hours. They always have delicious fresh pizza and a lot of other snacks available at all times. This particular store is super clean and is always stocked. The staff is very friendly.

The store manager is so rude. I called to complain about the coffee, but all I could hear is I DON’T KNOW… I DON’T KNOW… defending herself and the coffee maker. I DON’T KNOW…. I DON’T KNOW…. as if she is in a courtroom trial. A good manager knows how to listen and willing to resolve the issue. Your managerial capabilities is below average you don’t fit to be a manger. Maybe you are just bored in your job you better resign.

They are pretty good. The cashiers are really nice & polite. I stopped in there to get a bag of chips for energy to clean my car & some Aleeve for my headache. The only bad thing is that they are always out of bags. I also get my scratch off tickets here. I have the best luck when I get my tickets here. I also love their chicken salad! Too bad they won’t sell me a whole container of the stuff! LOL Their donuts are really good also, but I m not supposed to eat them on my diet. Also, they are the only convenience store besides Hucks that is open 24 /7 now. Deli is open all night for anyone who has the munchies!
