Imma need you guys to be very forreal for a second. I get a chx caesar like everyday from all different wawas. I have literally never been skimped this bad on greens. I also waited like ten mins in a literally empty store for a three ingredient salad that takes two seconds. So $10 and my precious time later, I get a literal bite of a salad? And then Becky behind the counter gave me a rude look when I grabbed the salad and literally stopped in my tracks in astonishment to the puniness of the salad. Girl you have eyes? I KNOW you know these are not the right portions so come again with the look? I’m just not understanding how or why like it’s a salad. Be. Forreal.

Wawa is always a solid choice! The food is fresh, the coffee is great, and the convenience is unbeatable. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff were friendly. Service can get a little slow when it’s busy, but overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick bite or drink.

It is okay. Pretty standard convenience store. Three stars because it is a neutral assessment. Not a lot is wrong, but nothing is particularly impressive either. It is a little cramped if it has an semblance of being busy. Staff is generally okay. RTE and MTO food items are all very okay. This location does have a F’Real milkshake setup in addition to the Coke and ICEE machines. Most items are slightly overpriced, excluding drinks, which is pretty standard for a convenience store. It is nice that there is an accessible bathroom and new parking lot expansion (as of late 2019).

I go to this Wawa early in the morning and it’s always something going wrong. I’ve ordered sandwiches and waited for them, only to be told that they are out of ingredients. I’ve waited on Colombian coffee (one of the most popular blends) to be refilled. Most recently I went in and all of the computers for ordering were down. This store constantly has something going wrong. I will give credit to the staff who are friendly and apologetic. However, this store is poorly run and disorganized

I want to give a warm shoutout to the night crew here. They really go above and beyond to provide that wholesome experience even though I sometimes feel awful coming in so late at night. Regardless they always welcome me with a sincere smile and have everything bagged and ready for me which seems standard but it’s really not the case. It may seem small but after a long day and needing to rely upon them when I’m too exhausted to cook, it really means the world to have that customer service that feels like you’re being taken care of and being treated with kindness. So, I truly thank this night crew and hope others get to have this experience as well.

This store has great teamwork and customer service associates! I asked for my regular iced latte to be blended and they did this for me saying it was no problem at all. I can’t have the regular blended coffee products because of the sugar content and me being diabetic. But I can order regular iced lattes with no sugar (except what’s naturally in milk). So I asked if they’d be willing to make this modification. I know, it sounds small, but for me it was really nice.The entire staff were efficient and had that store clean and running smoothly. Kudos to the entire team!! Kudos to Sam the manager for guiding her team members so well! Great job guys!! Wawa store number 12 on Bur.ont Road rocks!

One of the best Wawa’s. Still small and not a mega/gas station Wawa, which helps contribute to the friendly atmosphere and great quality! The food, especially salads are always fresh and tasty. The employees are top tier, polite, helpful, and courteous, no one is ever too busy to help. This is becoming one of the only Wawa’s I patronize. Thanks!
