I placed an order through Deliveroo and it never arrived. The restaurant claimed they called me, but no call was received at any point. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to re‑deliver the food and also refused a refund. Completely unacceptable customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Food was greasy. Got four table spoons worth of oil out just one carton of curry. The food was bland. They delivered nearly an hour late. Half the contents had leaked in the bag and had been squashed. The delivery driver was rude. I’ll never ever use this takeaway again. We’ll be going back to our usual place. Save your money and go somewhere else. Even my dogs turned there nose up to what was put in there bowls.

Booked takeaway at 5.58pm for a 7.15-7.45pm delivery as last order we placed was significantly late! Ie giving them over an hour to deliver the food. Instead they extend the order to 7.50 – 8.10pm without explanation. However at 8.27pm there was still no delivery so I rang. They confirmed that the order hadn’t even left yet. Order arrived at 8.39pm with the driver saying “do you want it still”. The cheek! No apology, just sass! Then we find out that the naan was missing as well as the mint sauces! Food was small portions and cold! Absolutely atrocious service and quality all round but they don’t care!

(Very rude) Food wasn’t great the curry was really watery also delivered the wrong rice to me and I don’t eat that rice I asked them to replace my curry and rice as by the time the new rice would be delivered my curry would be cold the lady on phone very unprofessional and rude could hear her in the background making remarks and genuinely being rude if you want good food go somewhere else

Ordered a delivery at 20:30 and didn’t arrive until 22:00!!!!!! Was told it would be 30mins when placed! Then I phone and they said will be there in 2 mins and 15 mins later still wasn’t here! Phoned again and they would be there in 10 mins….. it wasn’t! Avoid!!!! Will not be using again! Ruined was supposed to be a nice evening meal with friends.

I’ve been fooled twice and won’t be fooled again. The food is nice there. However if you want their food delivered you better go and get it yourself. We waited 2hrs for the food ordered directly from their website, which stated 45 minutes delivery time. Called them twice, every time they said something different and were unable to tell when the food was coming. The worst customer service. They simply don’t care.

now. And absolutely love there food. All ways nice and fresh and so tasty. And really polite when I phone up and order my food. The best by far that I have used in the medway towns. I have ordered food from the Links Tandoori about 9 times and I have never been disappointed. The food was ready for collection within 10 minutes tonight. Friendly guys at the counter. No issues. The lamb madras was good tonight, as always. A+.
