I placed an order for “pickup” through Seamless Grubhub. After picking up the order someone noticed the bill was more than usual and there was no reciepts. Again. So I went online and made the order again and it was less. The original order turned out to be 25% more. I called Grubhub and they stated that all prices are set by the store. I called the store and talked to a manager and he agreed that something was wrong and stated a manager with more status would contact me. I contacted China and spoke with Arby’s complaint network who refused to take the call off speakerphone and they stated they would get back to me. It has been 2 weeks and now the Arby’s store on Palmdale and 395 are not answering the phone. Arby’s used to be a great company. But it would seem like they are in the way out and their employees are scamming their customers while they can. 2 Arby’s left in the entire high desert and it sounds like it will soon be one or none. Guess we don’t got the meats.

Ordered 2 beef n’ cheddar sandwiches the employees were very loud and rude one of the sandwiches the bun was burnt and ruined the sandwich. They don’t have a shake machine yet, and the drink machine is behind the counter, along with not having sauce pumps. The workers seem to talk more than work.

Don’t order delivery from these guys. Terrible job. Ordered 3 meals with sandwiches and sides. Only got 1 sandwich. The fries were barely half full. Missing sauces too. Don’t know how you can get it that wrong.

I like Arby’s because it’s something different than the other far food restaurants, but if they don’t open when they say they will why bother? Every location in the high desert has closed permanently except this one and I guess we can all see why. If you’re not going to open for lunch on a Monday then don’t advertise that you open at 10:00

We were just here and waited 1 hour in the drive thru. As we reached the speaker to order we were told no burgers were being sold so we ordered shakes in stead as soon as we got to the window to pay we were told no shakes were being sold due to

Got three sandwiches and a cheeseburger and all looked wilted and sad, also very unfulfilling. The cheese was like melted plastic and the beef had a weird look to it. Last time I went here, the food was just fine. I don’t know what happened now. I’m very disappointed how the food came out and how it tasted!

Very clean location, friendly staff, and pleasant experience, however they did not have their signature roast beef in stock, and when I ordered the steak nugget bowls, the portion was very small for the price.

We go inside to eat , and it’s hotter than outside my husband myself and my 6y were sweating. It was so hot in there we had to leave. Outside is 89 degrees so just imagine how hot it was in there. Don’t eat inside lol eat in your car with the AC on fresh. I feel sorry for those workers, specially the ones in the kitchen.
