Came across this food truck on the Road to Hana and it was amazing! The island tacos were awesome, especially the mahi mahi one. What really makes it is the housemade Ginger BBQ and of course the service was awesome and fun. Definitely don’t miss.

Amazing tacos! Loved the mahi mahi and coconut shrimp. Volcano onion rings were so good. Food truck worker missed a few things and seemed overwhelmed. Otherwise worth it for sure.
