Extremely rude when we went to pick up our pizza. Literally demanded a tip—like girl, for what? We ordered online, came to get it ourselves, and somehow I’m supposed to pay extra because you’re stressed? That’s not my problem. Maybe focus on cooking the pizza all the way through next time instead of guilt-tripping customers—because every single one was undercooked. And honestly, if you’re gonna act that entitled, at least make sure your colorful hair isn’t the most effort you put into your job.

I can see why they aren’t busy. While the service was fast and the staff was friendly when I picked up my two pizzas after work, the quality was disappointing.
The pizza was cut “abstractly”—some slices were huge while others were 1/3 the size. For nearly $30, the value just wasn’t there. The “large” and “medium” pizzas were tiny compared to the boxes they came in, and despite paying for extra toppings, I hardly got a normal amount.
The worst part was the cheese; it wasn’t melted properly and had a “pebble” texture where you could see each individual piece (kind of like cheap vegan cheese iykyk). It was edible, but I won’t be back.

For my kids birthday party, I had made a preorder for 5 pizzas and two sides for pick up at a specific time. They were 25 minutes delayed and caused us a huge problem with all the kids attending the party. They were super hungry and melting down. Unacceptable!!

Stay away from this place honestly it’s a joke of a place nobody there is paying attention to what they’re doing. They’re always late on everything. Never have the orders ready on time. It’s like they don’t wanna work if you don’t wanna work don’t work at that career cause if you cannot make something as simple as a pizza then you don’t belong in any workforce honestly it’s always a ridiculous amount of time for a pizza. I don’t understand. What is your deal but they better get it together because at this point there’s many other places that are way better.

For a long time, I stayed away from Papa John’s, and that was because I became very sick after eating their pizza when I was much younger. Since that time, I had seen the recent ads for the Parmesan Garlic crust pizza, so tonight I decided to order one for pickup.
I arrived to pick up my order and I told them why I was there and what I’d ordered. They’re getting at least 3 stars because they were HONEST, when they COULD have just said “yeah this is it…” and I wouldn’t have known until I got back home (if at all, because I’d never tried that crust before, as it’s new) that they’d made me the wrong one. Also, they offered me to take the pizza that was wrong, for free if I’d wait for them to re-make it correctly, so there was at least that to make up for my additional 10+ minute delay/wait.
That being said, while I don’t think I’ll be sick from the pizza this time like I was when I was younger (as I mentioned above), I now remember why I avoided the chain for so many years, which is that the pizza is not good. That’s nothing against the employees, either. They’re trained to make the pizza a certain way, and from what I remember, I believe the taste is consistent with what it’s SUPPOSED to taste like, but the ingredients and formula for the dough and crust just isn’t very good in my opinion.
Thanks to the staff for being honest. Sorry I couldn’t give you a better review, but if you work there and you read this, I think you can understand, and hopefully appreciate getting 3 stars when I’m sure “Karen” would have given a 1-star review. (It’s a meme, in case anyone doesn’t get that reference.)

I love papa johns I order it all the time. This location often flips my customization of extra sauce light cheese to extra cheese light sauce. No biggie I call and I drive back and get it myself even I had it delivered. It’s a mistake I get it. Today, I received a sauceless pizza. Just cheese, bread, and pepperoni. I called and was told by both the manager and district manager that I was lying. I drove the pizza back to them to show them dry crust. They just stared at it. 5 seconds of silence. No apology. I was so upset I forgot to take a photo of the cheese and bread with no sauce. Absolutely unbelievable customer service.

Placed an online order, went to pick it up, and they claimed they had no record of it. Finally showed them the order number, they went digging in the system, and then eventually found it – except they never made it. So I had to sit there for 20 minutes while they made my order from scratch. Got my food but not even so much as a “sorry about that.”

They only had one person working the line during dinner rush. The oven+front worker was gasping for breath and couldn’t greet me for 15min.
