Visited store in Oxford MA. Awesome experience, the first of its kind at this store which my family & I have frequented over the last couple of years. Rocky was pleasant, friendly, listened, repeated my order to me, suggested options, extremely aware of hygiene & very well presented. My order was perfect, thanked me & wished me a good day. I used to love this subway, but tonight the worker acted like i was inconveniencing her by interrupting her phone call. So she continued to talk on the phone through an AirPod throughout my entire order. She was so distracted that she started to toast my sandwich without asking if i wanted cheese, then got upset, huffing and rolling her eyes, when I had to say excuse me times to get her attention over her phone call to ask her to take it out to add cheese. When it was done toasting she sighed again and threw my sub on the counter (almost dropping it on the floor) then started to wrap up my sandwich without asking if i wanted sauce and I had to have her open it up to put sauce on it too. Once i got to eat the sandwich i ended up with toppings only on 3/4 of sandwich and it wasn’t fully cut through, as well as not cut in the middle. I will never be coming back to this subway, I’m not sure how management could fathom having just horrible and rude staff.

The Subway at 299 Main St. Oxford MA, I have to say was amazing there were two Employee, and they were awesome they got our food out as fast as possible and they were so kind we really appreciate them we need more people like them in the world. Both are very fast with perfection at busy lunch time.

I just want to say how truly grateful we are to this Subway team! As a volunteer at St. Joseph Basilica Church, we have a big community event every year and need over 500 sandwiches. They were the only ones who said “yes” without hesitation and handled everything beautifully each year.
They took such great care to make sure everyone’s needs were met, including allergies and gluten-free options, and handled delivery. God bless them.
