Ok. Latte were good. But girl serving behind the counter has no customer service skills. This is February 11th at 4pm. We stood at the counter awaiting to get her attention while she kept chatting with her friend. Once we flagged her and got her attention, she looked bothered that we had to order drinks. We returned after getting poke bowls and she still talking to her friend and has not even started making out drinks. We said we are ready to leave the store, and again she looked bothered to start making our drinks we ordered 10 min ago. I mean common girl! This is somebody’s business. No apology. Just eye rolls and ignorance. Your customer is a priority! Not your friend you are trying to catch up with…

Every time I go there, there is an amazing girl working. This past visit (why I’m giving low rating) was terrible the lady charged me 36 dollars for 4 coffees I kept explaining my order to her and she pretty much refused to blend an Americano. And charged me for 4 ice blends and 4 shots each one! So a total of 16 shots!! An Americano large comes with 4 shots which is why I placed that order. Her exact words was.. “the way I was told to ring up your order..” I ordered Americanos! Very frustrating because I am a coffee connoisseur and look forward to my daily fix. She was an older, stocky lady with blonde hair. The younger girl that is always there never gives me a problem either does any other coffee beans. I’d suggest if you see a worker of that discretion don’t go. I’m not one to over react but I was over charged a lot a lot and on top Of that got a milkshake practically

It seems to me that the shorter older women behind the counter would rather do her inventory that is already fully stocked then help her co-worker make drinks during a very busy time of the morning and my drink was very expensive and tasted warm and it was made with minus zero passion with a smirk attitude. I like my coffee a certain way. It doesn’t matter if you give them a big tip. I would suggest not tipping them until you have tried your coffee.

The best coffee I’ve ever had! This was definitely my to go place every morning and will continue to be when I’m back home in Hawaii visiting family! North shore/Pupukea store was always so friendly and always remembered what type of coffee I wanted. I did skip one day and tried a place in Haleiwa…bad mistake! Just wished I’d brought back some of their coffee. Next time. Til then, I will continue to brag and tell people that visit there about the awesome coffee!

I had a cappuccino and a chai tea latte for my husband and it was awesome. The best part was, it was pouring rain today and the girl made the best hot coffee for us and her service was excellent. I forgot a mask and she gave me one right away instead of sending me back to get one in the rain. It really made my day and my trip to north shore a great one. Thank you!!

I have always enjoyed the coffee at The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf. The coffee shop is located adjacent to and connected to Food Land shopping center. There is always ample parking. The street light makes entering and exiting the parking lot very easy. The coffee shop is always spotlessly clean during my visit and staff is always cheerful and helpful. Definitely a good stop. I gave 4 stars because I stopped mid afternoon and brewed coffee was not available but in all fairness they were closing in two and a half hours.
