11/22/25: added more pictures of their great food items and honestly they tomato soup grilled cheese bread bowls they had earlier this year were amazing!
1/16/26: They just started offering tacos as their thrusday special and they do offer a good variety with the brisket birria being my favorite!
If this was their first go at Pasta Night, they nailed it. Definitely hope they keep it going.
Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is always super friendly. Every time I’ve visited, the owner makes it a point to come to the table to check in. Highly recommend! As my son says, “They are a 10,000 out of 5 stars.” I couldn’t agree more!
For those in the Paula Sands viewing area, this is a must, to go check out. And those that are just driving on the highway looking for a local spot to hit up this is worth the mini jaunt to go experience it in your life.
The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere has a je ne sais quoi kind of thing. Kinda family, but also has party lights for the perfect level of brightness. It’s clean, and has some homey touches. Apparently the register upcycled the previous businesses shelving lumber, really cool.
Maitre d’ is friendly, responsive, and the best pit master I’ve met. It really feels like he loves this thing he’s created, and it’s hard not to love it with him.
The food!
Oh man we started with the Reuben Dublin egg rolls. Pretty much perfect. It was a stellar way to get going.
Very shortly after our meats came, man it didn’t disappoint. We wanted to try all of the meats so I got the trio and my lady got the double but then we shared it all. My hierarchy for favorites are as follows: brisket, juicy, full body flavor, beefy, wonderful. Sausage links, I’m a big fan of smoked sausage and these things are fire. Pulled pork, extra juicy, wonderful flavor, I had them plain but on a sandwich with some pickles would be killer. Meatloaf, I’ve not ever had smoked meatloaf and I’d say it’s pretty dang good the outer layer with the crispy bits were my favorite. Pulled chicken, last I know but that doesn’t mean it was bad, it was just as juicy as the pork and awesome flavor profile, which chicken can be kinda tricky and this was awesome.
Sides we tried were corn bread, texture like flippin’ wedding cake it was great. Fries… Good. Beans, really awesome and has the BBQ sauce with a nice mild tang which was wonderful. Mashed potatoes, I love that you can actually taste garlic in it, I like mine a lil saltier but guess what you guys… They have salt at the table too!
I highly recommend you go check out Rossys BBQ joint, if it’s half as good as what I had today it’ll be your favorite BBQ spot for life.
