My son went there and bought me a four piece chicken dinner dark meat the fries was soggy. The bread was greasy and soggy up under the wax paper. The chicken had no seasoning or flavor. Worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life if I could give it a zero as for a review I would I will never go there again. I highly do not recommend this place If I’d have to close by and didn’t have health issues, I would’ve took it back and demand my money back. I didn’t know there was a Shark’s in Bolingbrook. I would drive to Chicago to purchase. My first visit to the Bolingbrook location from placing my order with ease by phone to experience the following.
1. Friendly polite courteous conversation.
2. Easy to place my order.
3. Time given when my order would be ready.
4. Promptness of everything ready and hot.
5. Perch and Jack Salmon dinners was delicious!
I would highly recommend this location as to visit again. Thank you for being closer to my location so now I don’t have to travel all the way to Chicago.

I’ve been coming since they first opened, always good customer service the lady at the window is always nice and went in the store the workers are always talkative and chatty when waiting for food unless there busy, food is always fresh and well seasoned. I ordered a pick 3 with wings, shrimp & catfish steaks. I made it home and sat down to eat and the catfish smelled like dog poop. I called them immediately and the manager argued with me and told me that they’ve been selling that all day with no complaints. Shame on them if they’ve been selling that knowing what it smells like. I know they had to smell it but they chose to sell it anyway to make money. I’m a business owner and returning customers keep the doors open. They won’t last long. The photo looks excellent but the fish smelled like death. I wish I could give them no stars. Also I wondered why they were so generous with the extra pieces now I know why, they were trying to get rid of it.

Fresh and very hot. My party ordered catfish filets, perch, wings, fries, drumsticks thighs, cheesecake. We had no complaints. There is a wait because everything is cooked to order but the service was friendly and the food was cooked excellent. Wings fried hard like requested. I will definitely be back.

11/25 at 645p – The gentleman wearing grey hoodies and sweatpants need better training or manner. No customer service and he is coming across rude. And i was just trying to support a local business. I still purchased the food but Now I see why there is never a line here. I am not coming back again.

When they first opened everything was great. There was a nice Caucasian woman working the drive-thru. Super friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, seasoned well, and lived up to the Shark’s brand.
Fast-forward. This place has become another poorly ran, hood-like establishment. The customer service is poor. The workers take no pride in their work, and seem to have no awareness that they are servicing the public. You will often see the entire staff standing outside smoking cigarettes and then going back in to prepare food. Maybe they wash their hands, maybe they don’t. However, the very sight of them being in and out of the kitchen so much feels dirty.
When they first opened, and I had my first order of six wings with lemon pepper and mild sauce it was absolutely perfect (that’s why I’m giving 3 stars, for the past good experience). The food was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. Present day, all of those factors are no longer true. The chicken is overcooked, it is not seasoned well, and for some odd reason, they now charge to put sauce on the chicken. Overall, this place is just extremely poorly ran and I would not be surprised if they are out of business within the next few months.

First of all, the cashier at the window was so friendly and great! The customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious on top of that. The fish was hot crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside.
