I wanted to treat my grandmother to something special so we came here Saturday and it was an incredible experience. Our waiter, Kim spoiled my grandmother rotten. He made her a mocktail without charge and a special cake. At the end. He was so caring and nurturing and he also would great food recommendations. The food was spectacular. Definitely get the charted octopus and the lobster mac and cheese. We also had the calamari with the baked cod and it was just fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone definitely go

I went for a friends birthday & it was amazing! Service was great! I never wanted for anything & they were so nice. The food was so delicious! I had the chicken & waffles (chicken well done as I requested) ♥️ The Flor De Sol cocktail was very good! The service was my favorite but the food was definitely worth every cent. I don’t think the cake came from them but I don’t know, it was tasty as well I had a side of bacon as well & it was cooked perfectly! Thank you to this company for providing excellent service!

Service is amazing the waiter and manager were amazing. My friends and I arrived after making reservations for high tea @ 9:30am. When we arrived turned out they didn’t have high tea until 11:00 so the manager let us know we were too early. We said no worries we will order breakfast and then have the high tea when it’s ready. Keep in mind the normal high tea is like $35 dollars. Manager came back and said they don’t have high tea during the week only on weekends. We were bummed since our friend was visiting, manager came back and asked how many high teas we wanted we said only one now since we are lobster eggs Benedict. They said okay we can see what the chef can prepare. Waiter comes out with three high teas later. Truly amazing but we only wanted one.
The only bad thing is Bill comes and we are charged $86 dollars for the high tea when they didn’t tell us there was a price difference. I do feel like the manager or at least the waiter should have told us that the high teas were going to be $86 dollars. Our lunch per person was $199.00 this could the most expensive lunch I’ve had. Make sure you ask questions. Please servers and managers explain that there is a price difference.

The best salmon I’ve ever had. The food is wonderful, the drinks are beautiful and delicious, and the service is top tier. I am a guest at the hotel, but I’d even eat dinner here if I was not. Can’t go wrong. The food justifies the price.

The food is not worth the cost, breakfast or dinner. You can definitely cook a better steak for a lot cheaper at home.
The staff is pretty slow. Both breakfast and dinner felt like they forgot we were there.
If you’re staying at the Ritz and don’t mind walking – go somewhere else to eat and get coffee.

We enjoyed brunch here during our stay at the Ritz-Carlton, and it was the best brunch we’ve ever had in the US.
We ordered the eggs Benedict and the shawarma hash, both served on large plates at very reasonable prices. The eggs in both dishes were perfectly cooked. The eggs Benedict featured incredibly tender asparagus, while the shawarma hash came with a generous portion of richly flavored lamb and beef. The accompanying naan was also delicious.

I attended the Cherry Blossom Tea this weekend with five friends, and it was pretty nice! Two people in our party had strict dietary restrictions (gluten free and dairy free), and they were perfectly accommodated. I do agree with what a few others have said about the service taking a while (our seating was at 2:30 and we didn’t finish until 4:30, making us a little late for a 4:45 event we were all going to). The tea was lovely though and the desserts + tea sandwiches were surprisingly filling! Not to mention the complementary mimosas were an added bonus. The price was a little high at $110 per person, but I guess it is the Ritz. We had purposefully picked this tea experience because it was supposed to be a little bit less compared to some other cherry blossom teas in the DMV, but it ended up being about the same. The restaurant was also a little bit loud, but overall it was a pretty good experience I’d recommend, especially if you have friends with dietary restrictions.

Firstly, I would like to express my admiration for the beautiful restaurant. I truly appreciate the convenience of having a valet service. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was immediately captivated by its serene and luxurious atmosphere. The lighting was impeccably adjusted to create the perfect ambiance for the special occasion I was there for, which was my anniversary date. Given the type of restaurant it is, it came as no surprise that the menu featured food names that were unfamiliar to me, so it was an exciting culinary adventure. Thankfully, I recognized Salmon on the menu and decided to order it along with a shrimp plate that the waitress highly recommended as an appetizer. I must say, the salmon dish exceeded my expectations and I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. It was cooked to perfection, just as I had requested. The dish was accompanied by a serving of brown rice, though I personally found it slightly mushy, I still appreciated the effort. The staff, including the host, waitress, and waiter, were all delightful and provided excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant in Arlington if you’re looking for a luxurious dining experience.

We were visiting for an event and stayed at Ritz-Carlton. Thought the rest
restaurant there would have great food. The service was nice and seated right away. We decided on the grilled octopus, pumpkin soup, whole branzino , pork chop, short ribs and the osso buco..
Savory full bodied pumpkin soup, chewy soft center hard crust bread, and the tender juicy octopus were great.
The main meal came no long after. To our disappointment after a great start, the only dish we like was the perfectly flaky, moist with crunchy skin fish. Though the pork was ordered to medium. It pretty much was well done. The short rib was tender but missing the flavor a braised short rib we were anticipating. Even so, it’s just doesn’t taste good. The osso buco was fairly tough instead of the the tender braised version that we know this dish should be. The taste also on the bland side.
For dessert, we ordered the ice cream and baklava sundae. They somehow ran out of vanilla ice cream. The baklava was more of a deconstructed version. Not really a baklava but only the ingredients.
A bit of a let down considering the Ritz-Carlton brand.
