Happy soft opening!
I’ve been patiently watching the parking for weeks now as the new resturant came together and I stopped in tonight 12/08/25 because I noticed the lights were on!
Ordered a lengua burrito to go with a side of rice and beans. The burrito was easily two meals, easy to share for dinner, and oh so tasty. The red and green sauces are fabulous and helped highlight the flavor of everything: the rice was aromatic and tender, the frijoles were luscious and silky, and everything together was a beautiful fiesta of flavors.
Very happy to see them open and excited to see how the space comes alive as the days turn into weeks and months. The restaurant space has excellent sound dampening and the screen behind the bar makes me excited for World Cup and other football matches.

Came here on an unassuming Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised with the quality, service, and cleanliness of this place. The michelada was massive and the carne asada was very well cooked. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely come back!

Went in for a basic bean and cheese with rice . Said to myself , dang 12.50 for a bean and cheese . Well it’s huge and it’s worth it ! That burrito was extremely delicious ! WORTH IT ! Stop by and get you something ! I like to test a place based on the basic entree and they have blown me away ! Good job owner . Love was put into that food ! Will be coming back !!! -Ian 5 stars WITHOUT A DOUBT. I don’t mind spending the money if the food has the flavor and size to back it up .

If you work along McGilchrist and the surrounding area, definitely check this place out. It’s some of the most solid Mexican food I’ve had and there’s a lot of competition for that in Salem. Id say it’s worth going across town for too. Very quick takeaway service, will definitely be dining in sometime soon.
