Ordered 2 sandwiches using the app. Staff wasn’t too busy and the order was finished by the time I arrived. So a great experience picking it up in less than 15 minutes. Once we got home, one of the sandwiches; the BLT not only did it not have most of the ingredients requested but it looks like they went ahead and added a bunch of other ingredients we didn’t ask for like banana peppers and red onions, jalapeños and a bunch of a random sauce that wasn’t the one we chose, to the point the sandwich was drenched in it. My wife couldn’t eat it, it was disgusting. To get any kind of help I was being asked to go through the app to report my experience which was in its own also a very frustrating experience.

Food was great. Service was good. I personally do not like the tip option when paying with a card I’m sorry but I do not tip if I pay when ordering at a register. Maybe if they had a spot to set and eat but just not for takeout. The store it’s in was a little dirty and 2 of my 3 stops here a few of the fountain drinks were out. And all 3 stops not ice for my drink. the store is alot better now and have ice almost every vist now. Thanks

Had a terrible experience with the lady serving the order. Unfortunately I had to change order (no toasting), while she’s preparing meats but nothing that needs to be changed with whatever was done so far. She was visibly expressing frustration by banging the oven door and speaking angrily, made me feel like getting away from there asap, and did so. Felt sorry for leaving like that, but that’s best before it escalates further.

I ordered my sub toasted which it wasn’t when it arrived it was soggy no napkins were supplied doordash driver took the long way back roads instead of the highway this is the second time they took the back roads! It took an hour to get here from the time I ordered it it’s a 4 minute ride to my house that’s ridiculous!

The lady who made my food was rude, didn’t wash her hands put my bacon under my cheese and ham on my all American which should have been on top for it to be crispy. She also forgot what sandwich she was making. Definitely wouldn’t stop there again.

Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. Both girls were fantastic and next time I need gas I’m definitely coming back in for a sandwich!
If their boss sees this review, give these girls a raise or a bonus, they deserve it for providing the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Employees lacked enthusiasm and acted as though I wasn’t a customer, one of the employees was pretty rude and short with me while I was picking toppings, it wasn’t all too busy there either. I didn’t leave a tip didn’t feel like the employees deserved one. I hardly ever write reviews for fast food places but the service I received needs to be addressed at this location.

When to this subway on 7-12-20 at 6:30 just before they close and there was a few people in front of me with one guy working he made everybody’s subs then took my order at 6:55 which was 5 minutes till closing then a father and 2 daughters came in behind me to get subs he ended up starting there order at 7:03 all while still having a smile on his face. Great dude. I don’t know what his name was but he deserves a raise. I worked at subway for 2 years and even I couldn’t be happy while staying late
