We decided to check out this hidden gem tonight. The food was excellent! Our food had SO much flavor. We picked the 5 course dining experience and the meal options were delicious for even a picky eater! If you’re looking to try something new, please consider giving this place your business. We stumbled upon this venue because a few friends of ours decided not to book here (they wanted a more traditional venue). The first time we spoke to Nick over the phone he was very accommodating and allowed us to come see the venue that very same night (because it was all our schedule would allow). Nick is a visionary when it comes to planning weddings and wants nothing more than for every couple to have the perfect day! He worked with us, knowing that we had a tight budget, and helped us find a way to have our perfect day with him at Coffee Creek. We would recommend hiring a month-of/day-of coordinator, it was a monumental help down the stretch and on the day! Our day was amazing, Nick and all of his staff were attentive to all of the guests and made sure to follow our timeline and executed our plan for the ceremony & reception in a fantastic way. The concerns that we had (trimmings, unsightly wall decor, etc.) were immediately addressed. The venue itself is beautifully awesome and unique. Our photographer captured so many great photos on site and there was no need to go elsewhere for extra photos! Oh and the food! The food that Nick and his staff create is top-notch, Nick is a great chef in his own right and none of our guests were disappointed!!! Moving the party outside was a smooth transition and having the bar on the dance floor gave our guests easy access. Contrary to other reviews, the bartender (and all of the staff) were cheerful and helpful. There are nice hotels nearby. We had a brunch the morning after (YUM), where Nick also allowed us to pickup all of our stuff from the night before which was very convenient. Overall, our day did not go perfectly (90 degrees with 95% humidity), but Nick and his staff worked hard to make the day amazing for us in every way and we can’t thank him enough!

My husband and I had our wedding here July 28th. It was amazing. Nick and his staff went above and beyond to make our special day even better. Whatever we needed or wanted it was taken care of. Everyone who attended the wedding loved the beauty of the grounds the amazing food and had an awesome time! We wanted to thank all of you at Coffee Creek for an amazing, beautiful day. Was at at a wedding here. They said the kids were not welcome the child who was 14 was In The wedding. Also the bartenders were so drunk they were trying to pick fights with the weddings guests. They couldn’t keep anything under control. Very disorganized wedding. Also the room where the bride was getting dressed there was a camera found recording in the corner. I believe that violated a lot of rules. Attention brides maids and brides do not get dressed in any room here. Also was told the grooms and his grooms men were told not to get dressed here. Sounds fishy to me. The willow tree was way over grown it was supposed to be trimmed for the wedding. They also ran out of beer when alot of money was paid for unlimited beer. All paid for upfront. The food was amazing. But that’s about it. Don’t waste your money here. Also the cooks there left with over half the food.

Very disappointing venue. My son’s wedding ceremony and reception was held here. The rehearsal dinner was ok, once you got around the mounds of dog waste. The ceremony was good, and all went well. Now on to the reception. The food was terrible. For $50 a person they could have at least served the food hot and edible. My now daughter in law requested her favorite wine for the bridal table. They did not do it. Nobody filled the glasses on the bridal table for the toasts. There were other details that weren’t handled. We will not be going there again.

Went for a wedding reception. Food was an hour late. Beef was tough, chicken was dry, and the sides were cold. Salad was great! They were cleaning up while people were still trying to eat. Threw away tons of people’s favors (bags of cookies) because they were on the tables they were cleaning. Watched my great aunt get on her knees in her dress to pull out cookies and refill them.
After bringing up the complaint about the cookies needing filled and getting thrown away I was approached by a staff member letting me know how rude it was to tell her staff they weren’t doing their job. She was yelling in my face, so I asked her to go away. She replied “or what, what are you going to do about it, I’m not scared of you.” Then yelled to my husband “is that your wife?” And started telling him off. I asked to speak to a manager, no one ever came out of the kitchen. My husband talked to them, told him they were going to apologize to me. We stayed until it was over, nothing said back to me.
What’s really sad, my son played with the owner’s son the whole day, and when we were leaving asked if we’d ever go back.

I paid 5000 altogether for our wedding and:
The Willow never got trimmed down I got a lot of complaints about that from my family on how terrible it looked
One of the guys that worked there got drunk and tried to kick my step son out of there when one it was our wedding
One of the workers claimed he was the owner there and had to stop my DJ from playing multiple songs very very upset about all this but other than that the food is great here. But don’t waste your money on a wedding here !

First time. The food was excellent! I didn’t realize they are BYOB when I asked if they served wine. A worker there said he was going to to the store and brought us a bottle of wine. The service was good and my husband and I will be back!

We were there. On a Thursday because it is close to home and I wanted a special dinner experience for my Birthday.
Well the pictures are not what you get. They show you the house,but instead you are in the barn. When you Walk in the first thing you get is the stench of the old (aged) beef. They were out of a lot of cuts we wanted. Flys were on the meat in the meat case. The owner told us tea,lemonade,and water was complementary. We chose what we wanted was seated in a large dining room with no other customers and no atmosphere. They served us on a cutting board. The dinner service was very good. The flys were bad. But . At the end they overcharged us by $30.00. They charged us $60.00 for a 40.00 steak,charged us for the free drinks. It was a cluster @#$% trying to straighten it out. Trust me! save a lot of money don’t go there.
