We went for dinner with a group of six, and unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience largely ruined by the service and atmosphere. The food was pretty good, but the service left a sour taste in our mouths.

As for the service, it’s hard to tell whether the issues stemmed from understaffing or our server’s demeanor. Either way, when we placed our drink order, the server appeared visibly frustrated—likely because it took a little longer due to a few elderly guests in our party who had difficulty hearing. This was made worse by the incredibly loud environment. After we received our drinks, the server tried to take our order, but we needed a bit more time. This clearly annoyed them, and they disappeared for almost half an hour before returning to take our food order.

When the server finally came back, their attitude was again unpleasant, including eye-rolling—completely uncalled for, especially considering that everyone ordered directly from the menu with no substitutions. At that point, we were already considering leaving. The behavior was off-putting and disrespectful, particularly given that most of our group was over 80 years old. If the server was overwhelmed due to too many tables, that’s a management issue and should be addressed accordingly.

The atmosphere also left much to be desired. The tables are crammed together, and we were repeatedly bumped by other patrons and staff walking by while we were trying to eat. The restaurant is poorly laid out, resulting in a space that is incredibly loud, tight, and chaotic.

Between the atmosphere and the service, I would save myself the frustration and skip this place in the future. I’d rather dine at another local spot that values its customers. It’s a real shame, especially considering how good the previous restaurant in this location was and how well they treated their guests.

The only real positives were that the pizza and chips were pretty good, and they were able to accommodate food allergies.

Bright, clean, and brand new. Service was great, drinks were amazing. We stayed for a couple hours for brunch since it wasn’t overly busy. Our waitress was personable and attentive. The only complaint we had was that the pizza was so too thin, more-so like naan and too dark on the bottom for our liking. Hope to come back again for drinks and entrees.

Wonderful experience at Bar’Cino on Valentine’s Day even with a 9:30 PM reservation. Their raspberry espresso martini was able to be made decaf and it was delicious. The food was 10/10 and we will definitely be back to try more!

We had reservations, arrived a little early and we were seated. Our waitress was kind and pleasant Kathy, she was very knowledgeable about the choices on the menu. We weren’t rushed and everyone who came to give us something whether, appetizer, drinks, entrée had a smile and asked if there was anything else that we needed. I did have an issue with my meal, no worries it was fixed, and the manager came over himself to make sure it was to my liking. I looked around the small restaurant and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food, company and atmosphere.
We definitely will be back next time with friends!!

We love love love Bar ‘Cino. Hadn’t been in at least 6 weeks or so and were craving it. As we had pizza over the weekend, we skipped our normal pizza/flatbread at Bar ‘Cino and tried the Roasted Branzino and the Campanelle Pasta w/ Chicken. My wife enjoyed the Branzino a lot. I liked the Campanelle Pasta, but didn’t **love** it – probably the first dish I’ve had that I didn’t love. We also had the bolognese arancini, which were excellent! As always, Edward the waiter took great care of us.

The short rib sandwich was so good with tender meat wrapped in a grilled flatbread and served with a nice arugula salad.

Don’t get the clams. It was underwhelming with a mildly spicy marinara sauce.

Dessert was yummy but not mind blowing.

The art is really ugly.

For the price, I would find somewhere else to eat but would come back just for the sandwich.

First time here last night. Very pleasant greeting. Spiro sat us and was delightful to chat with. We had the frito misto and the polenta with meatballs to start. Each was really good. We then ordered the grilled branzino which was fantastic! Enough for both of us with the arugula and fennel salad that comes with it. Top that off with a scoop of strawberry gelato. Our server Jaqueline was friendly and very professional. A great dinner experience. Such a great local place and we will be back!
