I would say like 7 out of 10 times. The sandwiches are really good. But today I spent almost $70 on 3 sandwich meals and I ordered the rosemary Parmesan bread. The bread was hard and stale.

It’s been a while since I ordered anything from this place, always had a good experience, but not this time. I ordered Philly cheesesteak sandwich and there was barely any meat on it, or anything for that matter. Used to be a lot more. It’s not worth the money, next time I’ll just buy steak and make my own, I’ve done it many times before, but after long day at work, including overtime, I just didn’t wanted to cook anything. I’m not saying it didn’t taste good, but the ratio of bread and meat with veggies just not what it used to be, I had to scrape meat from one half and put on the other side just to be able to enjoy it. Not good for business, people love meat

Ordered sandwiches from the catering menu, over a $120 dollars worth, they really skimped on the meat very disappointing and embarrassing, the only positive I can say is they supplied a good amount of lettuce tomatoes….on the side

beware of online pick up. my sandwich was made incorrectly, it was soaked in vinegar and oil that i specifically requested not to add. (I double checked the receipt to make sure that I didn’t forget to take it off) so by the time i got to dig in, it was completely soggy which sucked because i already made it home. the other sandwich i had ordered was also inedible by how much juice was on it. we ended up having to throw it out and also there was an item missing. the food is too expensive to mess it up like that.
