You know I normally love Wawa and wished one would come to Miami Beach but this location is probably the worst, severely dirty, kitchen leaves you standing there and I had to ask for my order when I clearly see it sitting on the counter. Bathrooms are vandalized, outside seating area is trashed, so much litter everywhere. Who is managing this place? You need to do a serious manager walk because there is NO WAY this location is up to corporate standards. I was extremely shocked.

Ever since I started my new job, I’ve been coming here because let’s call it. What it is. You normally go to the place that’s the closest to eat when you’re working came here. Machine scanned my card twice by accident for a single Gatorade second time it scan it I didn’t have enough money to cover it so I was like that’s fine. I’ll leave and I’ll come back. Somebody did the right thing and helped me pay for it which I appreciate but then when I went to come back to ask for the second Gatorade I clearly paid for I was told no I cannot. so let me get this straight. I paid for the first Gatorade I asked you if you could check it. You told me now so you can’t check transactions on your own systems and you also won’t let me grab the second Gatorade that was paid for even though I have one item that I paid for twice so I will not be going to this gas station anymore. I will be going to the one across the street from an instead now.

The young man that was barista this morning around 5:45am should be a cashier or something. I shouldn’t have to wait over 10+ mins for an iced matcha with no one in the store at 6am. Apparently prepping for the day while you have customers waiting on you is the Wawa standard. Just slow and inconsiderate I will be sticking to my Dunkin’ Donuts routine

Wawa has some great perks, like their awesome fuel deals and really good smoothies—but the food just doesn’t cut it. I tried the pizza and it was honestly trash. The sandwiches weren’t any better—just bland and not fresh tasting. It’s convenient for gas and a quick drink, but I’d skip the hot food next time. Hopefully they step it up because the potential is there.

45min wait for hot chocolate i ended up dropping on my way out…thanks for the waiting experience young lady with the glasses and the look of pure fear and panic on her face..If i see her in the store making anything im leaving immediately to the next wawa smh..make her stock chips instead of wasting 15 customers time watching her remake drinks and stare at the screen confused smh never coming during Day shift yall can’t handle a hot chocolate drink in 10mins smh…never again…ill wait till midnight when the employees seem more relaxed and under control smh

Not sure who’s managing this location but it’s in awful condition. I bought a tasty cake that had mold in it! Yuck! Green mold. Tried to buy a cup of tea but literally no coffee or tea pots were out. Then, went to buy water and they have all the water labeled incorrectly. Labeled for 2 for 5 but they ring up $10! Not to mention the staff – unfriendly and distant. Worst condition I’ve ever seen a Wawa in!!!! Management needs to come in there and fire everybody.
