The current owner doesn’t buy stuff for the restaurant. They haven’t had bacon for weeks no jalapenos. It’s going down fast. The employees are great

Insanely slow attention, 45min making a line to order? What?
Seems like the attendants are high and not really able to work.
I decide to not buy anything

I was going to complain because of how long it took.. it was ridiculous!! 45 minutes with 2 people in front of us, but the 2 very young girls working were super sweet, and were doing their best. The heat in the building was overwhelming. They need air conditioning!! I would drag-butt too if I had to work in that heat. Two employees working in above 90 degrees at dinner time, and having to take phone orders. SMH ♀️

There were two girls who were trying hard! They don’t seem to know enough to be alone yet. No organization. Counters dirty, veggie bins looked unsanitary, and there was no steak, roast beef, meatballs, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, or mayo. There was one piece of bacon and tuna with dried crustier on the edges of container. I can’t say any of this is these girls fault. I’d say it’s total lack of management just because they said management only comes in to count money and scold.. Customers were trying to help them or left in anger/disgust. They need to tie their hair up and out of their faces…that was kind of gross.

Two employees that have been there less than a month that have 0 training. One of the employees could not operate without almost coming to tears! If ya want your business to be profitable train your employees!!!!!

I’d literally give this a no star rating if possible, last night my mother in law ordered food for the whole family not only were most of the sandwiches made wrong but my wife’s had mold on it and she couldn’t eat when we went back to talk to them they told us we could come back today and get some free food but theycouldnt fix it at the time meaning my wife was left with no dinner. They were obviously on drugs (they looked really strung out) and had the open sign off when we got there at 6:45 pm and the door locked, our food wasn’t ready so we had to wait in the lobby while they made our whole order even though we’d ordered online 15 minutes prior so we didn’t have to wait in the store. Not only that but while we were waiting in the lobby one of the guys kept yelling at the lady to do this or do that (they were obviously in a relationship) in a way that wasn’t okay considering she was the “manager” on shift. So i don’t think we will taking them up on that, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

GREAT! My experience has always been great here. I order the wraps mostly and they are so big I cant even finish them. There is a larger build woman who works there who I always ask to make my stuff. She has been there awhile and really does a great job. Always makes me smile. Healthy option. FYI I am always pinched for time on my lunch break and they have never made me late. 🙂

Food good. Staff pleasantly professional. Don’t expect extended dine in experience close to closing as staff in hurry to leave. Avoid women’s bathroom if you need extended visit: lights go out automatically, toilet paper dispenser not effective, toilet clogged by paper towel use.

In the running for the worst subway I have been to. Took 11 minutes for our sub to get made and we were first in line. No toaster, so they have a microwave. Let me tell you, “would you like that heated up?” Doesn’t have the same ring to it as “would you like that toasted?” Especially when the heating up, doesn’t melt the cheese and only sort of warms up the chicken. In order to carry the franchise name, I would at least fix the toaster and possibly have more than one person working during the lunch and dinner periods (we ate at 6:30). The other folks waiting in line were also unimpressed.
