Let me preface by saying that I absolutely love and adore small businesses, especially pizza ones! I was told many wonderful things about this place and had been wanting to try it for awhile! Unfortunately, it just missed the mark for us. We waited around 45 minutes for our two pizzas, which could’ve been worse considering that they were super busy. The workers were very nice! The pizza was just not worth it for us. The margarita had a minuscule amount of basil and mozzarella that was overpowered by the large amount of marinara and the specialty pizza for the month was pecan pie, unfortunate for a specialty pizza to be a dessert one. Per the picture, the pecan pie was not good (personal preference). I’m not sure if the pizza itself was burnt or if it was the pecan pie filling and the texture was very grainy. Overall, I’m hoping that them being so busy is what maybe made the quality of the pizza not great, but I’m not sure if I want to waste another $40 to find out.

The pizza here was some of the best I have had in East Texas. I’m from the north east, the pizza capital of the world, and I am not easily impressed. However, Crust and Crumb pizza blew me away. The crust of their pizza was amazing!
The service here was absolutely great, and the workers were all kind and helpful.
Now, I will say that my order of two pizzas took 45 minutes to get to my table from ordering. So, my only advice is that you order your pizza ahead so that it’s ready to go when you get here.
All in all, really great experience with great food and customer service. I cannot wait to go back.

Can’t say enough good things about Crust & Crumb, we drove about 100 miles to meet some friends there have dinner and pick up a bread order. We got 4 different pizzas that were all delicious, the pizza dough was some of the best I ever had. I got a sourdough rustic and jalapeno cheddar rustic loaf along with a sourdough sandwich loaf. They all are different and excellent in their own way, the sourdough sandwich loaf makes for great sandwiches or Blt’s. The location is very nice and relaxing as well, you feel like you’re at a park eating outside. Thanks you for taking the time to make this excellent food.

SO good! Feels like something really special and different for the area. The pizza was so good, we had the monthly special and it was amazing. The crust is just . . . *chef’s kiss*.
The scones are SO good, but note that they do not keep very well — even overnight. I ate one fresh the evening I was there, and it was the best scone I’ve ever had. The next morning, it was just kinda average. So . . . just an FYI: enjoy them fresh and you’ll be rewarded! I guess that’s probably true with most things. Haha
Highly recommend this place!

Oh my the food served at Crust & Crumb was fantastic. The service was very informal. We were seated after placing the order at the counter. Once the food was ready, it was brought to the table. This was my first time eating here and I highly recommend it if you are in Longview, Texas.

It was ok. Ordered pepperoni pizza but what I got had no visible pepperoni on it unless it was minced in the sauce. They were quite busy with a private party in next room and I didn’t bother sending it back as we didn’t see a wait staff in our dining area. Probably an error by person who took our order but it’s really hard to confuse an order for just one pepperoni pizza and we were the only patrons in that particular room. Crust was good tho. I don’t intend to return to the restaurant but I think their main business is really bread, not pizza. They should probably stick to what they know and do best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Every pizza our family tried was delicious, and the GF crust could pass as a wheat crust if you didn’t know. In addition to the food, the service and atmosphere is truly a blessing for the folks of ETX. So thankful to have a place to enjoy like this and look forward to returning soon.

Great local hidden gem. Try to make it out at least once a month. Their sourdough bread is great for a take home enjoyment, but their real specialty is in their pizzas! The sourdough crust with specialty pizzas weekly make this an enjoyable play to eat.
We have multiple kiddos and they love to play outside and run around in their play area. Highly recommend!

Fantastic sourdough bread and pizza! We love the sweet picante pizza.
Great outside area. Order your pizza (Friday and Saturday evenings) and wait in your car or the picnic area and they bring it out to you. Order bread on Sundays for Tuesday evening pick-up

Tried the September special of the month last night (chicken, spinach, alfredo? sauce, etc) FANTASTIC!
Also…they are open on Tuesdays now!
So….apparently I never clicked “POST” on this back in September which gives me the opportunity to say I had December’s special pizza (buffalo ranch) and it was also FANTASTIC!
