I was blown away with how good the breakfast bagel sandwich was. I also got a protein shake and that was incredible as well! I can’t believe Bottineau is lucky enough to have this healthy option- most big towns don’t even have something like this! Great food and it’s great for you too.

If you’re looking for a delicious and healthy breakfast with a quality cup of coffee, this place is definitely worth a visit! I had a great açaí bowl—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—and a very good Americano. They also offer a wide variety of bagels, along with both sweet and savory breakfast options. We came to Bottineau for a college girls reunion trip. We decided to walk down main street to check out the shops. We stopped for coffe at one store and later continued down the street with our beverages and found Up North Sips. We stopped in Up North Sips for a bite to eat. After standing in line.for 10 minutes to order, the owner or operator of the business turned to us and curtly said, ‘don’t come into my establishment with another store’s coffee!’ We were all so taken aback from her curt words that we walked out, shocked.
