Undercooked food that’s borderline raw, sauceless chicken and less pepperoni on my pepperoni lovers than the other regular pep pizza we’d ordered. Disappointed every single time and since it’s a constant issue, will be our last visit here.

Blonde and brunette didn’t help me I was in there too damn long. Blonde yells for some guy in the back and out comes a gentle giant who helped me with a smile on his face. Fire the girls hire the people with good attitude like that gentleman in back. Also take out those nasty AirPods before I contact your higher ups. First I was put on hold when I called because I wanted to call ahead for my carry out. I was on hold the whole time driving to the store. They finally put me off hold when I got there at the parking lot. I always come here for the same thing large pepperoni pizza with a drink. The Pizza always has been as promoted 9.99 . But this time I almost get charged 20 dollars for the pizza. The shift manager was cool I just dont like the fact that unless I ask for carry out promotion for the large pepperoni, he won’t apply it. I think regardless if I ask for it or not, I am still doing a carryout order of a large pepperoni pizza for which the promotion should apply, (never had to specify previous times). Pizza always has enough cheese and pepperoni but I feel like because I shared my concern and dissatisfaction with their policy that I got Hella cheese and little mounts of pepperoni. Now I may just be tripping about that but regardless id just like faster service. Im not upset at the shift manager there just at the policies and scheuduling. Only saw one staff there and a couple orders being made. I manage a restaurant and I would never have one employee work by themselves. This is a first type of occurrence for me at this location so ill keep dining in ill just have to figure out what better times to order I guess.

We are from Las Vegas … this location made them look so bad. The food was excellent. The service was great. It was like eating the old Pizza Hut. I remember from back in the day keep up the great work excellent pizza.

It took them a minute to get to the drive-through window. But the gentleman that was there was unbelievably kind and helpful. The service and the food was excellent for my first time in years eating at Pizza Hut. I will be back soon.

They pay attention to online orders. I prefer the “pan” style crust, which is an up charge. I pay for that and usually get hand tossed. But this location got it straight and honestly pizza and cheese sticks were perfectly cooked

Most of my experiences with the food have been great. Only issue is the customer service. When you use the drive up window, They usually just open the window and stare at you until you give them your name. Maybe it’s just me but I think they should greet you with a “hello, how can I help you?” Or at least a hello instead awkwardly staring.

We have been super happy with our orders. Order online and do pick up! Our order is always ready and hot! I feel like they are doing a better job at making sure orders are complete and correct. I like that the online orders are easy to navigate and get what you ask for!
