Very clean, friendly service and fresh food. They have the best salads for a take out option. There is a variety so even if I want salad for lunch more than once in a week it can always be different. The portion is large enough to be satisfied and each one has a great flavor plus a great price!

Just wow… I placed an online order for a bowl of chili at 8:40. I arrived at 8:55 to be told by the cashier that my order was canceled and they are closed. They’re supposed to be open until 10 PM. She explained that they need to get home to their kids.. it is 37 degrees outside and supposed to get to freezing in 8 hours. I’m sure they had scheduled to close early. Amazingly, you could still place an online order, even right now as I write this and they are “closed”.. just be aware they are going to cancel your order before you arrive for pickup!!

I keep trying Wendy’s because I like the brand. Maybe it’s my happy memories of Dave Thomas or the “Where’s the Beef?” commercials. Also, it’s super easy to use their app to order. Wendy’s has been going after the “laptop” crowd too and I’ve found I can sit in the dining room with my laptop as an “afternoon office.” And that part of today’s visit went well, arriving at around 2:00 pm and staying until past 4:00 to get work done.
Where Wendy’s let down the side was the burger. There was a special on the app for a “Dave’s Single” so I went with that. And something told me to check the inside where I spotted this tomato with the core still on it. Yuck!

We are so excited to have the new Wendy’s here in Vidor and the food is great. They always make their burgers fresh never frozen. The fries are good as well. Obviously the frosty is awesome and they have chocolate and vanilla flavors for that. I got the new blueberry pomegranate lemonade and it is off the chain

I went to get breakfast a Bacon eater to be exact. My bacon was raw and I could not contact anyone when I tried to call and report it The phone would not even ring so I had to report on here. I had to go to work did not have breakfast and I paid $16 for breakfast that I did not get to eat I do not recommend this for anyone because raw pork can make you sick.

Taki french fries I got were cold and stale. We received three orders of fries and it seemed mine were the last of an old batch, as the others were ok. The sandwich definitely seemed considerably smaller than the size they used to be.
Also, I have to pull up and wait for a while every time I go through the drive thru now.

i just came through drive thru, the cashier was having a horrible attitude and my card wasn’t working but had money on it so the cashier and manager close the window and start laughing and looking at me and my friend. i got my food and the nuggets are old and dry, im pretty sure they were sitting for a long time. definitely will call tomorrow because its just horrible service and food.

This is just about the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They won’t even have any customers and they don’t wait. Wait on you when you’re at the drive-thru. They’re consistently slow and the food is not great
