We ordered a sub and fries and was told it would take 45 minutes for delivery. After trying to give the woman on the phone our address about 5 times they messed up the address and we didn’t get our food for an hour and a half. The delivery driver acted like nothing happened and our food was freezing. When we called to complain they wanted to make us another sandwich. It was 9:30pm at this point and it took forever for the guy to finally give us a refund. Never going to order here again.

Have ordered here the past couple years but as of the last few months the service has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. We made a simple order of a sandwich with fries. Was told how long it would take for our food to be delivered, ended up taking DOUBLE the time expected and the food was cold by the time it arrived. I don’t know what happened in the last few months but service has gone down horribly. USED to be my favorite pizza place in Northbridge. Too bad a no star rating isn’t a option.

When the pizza is good it’s good, but they are far too inconsistent. I also don’t think they realize that just because you roll the dough out thin doesn’t make it a thin crust.
That’s the main issue they have. The roll out this dough thin and then when you put cheese, sauce and pepperoni on it you can’t even pick up a slice without it falling apart. The dough underneath the toppings is just undercooked, not crispy or supportive at all.

Ok where to start. We live locally and have ordered multiple times and have had correct orders about 60% of the time. Here’s the real kicker. I placed an order for a margarita pizza (spelled wrong, it’s margherita but whatever) and the person taking my order over the phone couldn’t find it on the menu for about 3 minutes. I had a bad feeling that she did not put it in correctly. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I opened the box to make sure and surprise, it had no basil on top. Just cheese and tomatoes. Two teenagers were working the counter and I asked one where the basil was. She took it back and after a few minutes came back with the box. I checked once again and she had sprinkled OREGANO on top! I asked what is this and she proceeds to tell me that they didn’t have fresh basil and that this was minced basil. I was in disbelief that they were trying to swindle me with this insane switcheroo but the teenagers couldn’t care less. I pointed to their physical menu which HAS A MARGHERITA PIZZA ON THE COVER and said that this is how it looks. One teenage girl behind the counter actually responded that “I don’t make the pizza, I don’t know what they look like,” to which my jaw just about dropped. I told her that she works in a pizza place and that the pizza I ordered is ON THE COVER OF THE MENU, pointing to it. She huffed off with my pizza and came back with fresh basil on top. So they made the wrong pizza, lied about what toppings they had in back because they’re lazy, and never apologized or offered any sort of discount. GO TO HARRY’S instead!

I have to say this place is absolutely has the best pizza I’ve ever had. I happened in there today coincidentally I didn’t even know that they were there I have had a shop in northbridge for 5 years but usually get it from place up the road which I think has horrible grinders and I wasn’t impressed with the pizza so I usually don’t eat when I am out today I had to go get some parts and I was sitting at the light in noticed that there was a pizza place on the corner ironically enough the name of it was going to pizza I called them and ordered a large cheese for me and my 4 crew members at the shop brought it back to surprise everybody and lo and behold the best pizza we have had I don’t know what about the cheese makes it so good but the cheese was absolutely phenomenal between that and the crust I believe made the pizza… When I walked in there I saw that there was A menu where I saw they had all kinds of stuff shells and stuff like that I am just worried now that I’m gonna indulge too much when I’m out in that area. I was surprised reading the reviews that most of the people had to complain about their deliveries being late and not about the Quality of the food to those people I say get off your a** and drive-in there I walked out of that place with a pizza fresh out of the oven and it was absolutely fantastic

Edit 1/18/20: I give up on this place I’ve ordered around 7 times from this lace and every single order has been wrong or missing items.
I ordered online and when it arrived, they forgot the french fries that went with my dinner, but they drove back to me and replaced the missing fries. Food was standard for a cheap pizza/italian place. My favorite is the turkey gobbler sandwich. It has deli meat slices instead of real turkey, though. You can easily make it at home.

No – no – no. Don’t go here. Went to Corner Pizza on Wednesday night. Picked up a menu while I was there. Attempted to order from Corner Pizza again tonight (Friday) – using coupons in the menu I had just picked up. I was told the menu was over a year old, and they were no longer honoring coupons (it was $2). Not so – I JUST picked the menu up, and there were NO expiration dates, or dates at all, on the coupons. At most places, it’s pretty clear – “sorry that the old menus were out, we’ll honor the coupon but you can’t use others.” At Corner Pizza – the “manager” literally told me to go elsewhere because she wasn’t going to honor the coupon. This manager maybe should find a job where customer service isn’t important – because she’s terrible (even for low-level manager at a pizza shop standards!) You know what? Excellent point – I will go elsewhere!

Have ordered there together as an office twice, both times order was wrong. Co-worker ordered tuna club today and got turkey instead. I ordered buffalo chicken wrap and got something completely different… not even sure what it is. Called to let them know about the mistakes and to ask if we could have them make the correct order and person who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and said “what do you expect me to do about it??” Never going back.

If I could give them a zero I would give them a big fat zero. I ordered an Italian sub it consisted of three pieces of salami that looked bad in color,a half a piece of ham very thinly sliced and a piece of provolone cheese, lettuce and a tomato.
I called and asked about the sandwich and they said because of the size of the sandwich that is why I got what I got and to be happy.
