Wow, I can’t wait to come back! The owner is such a nice guy and recommended the Marfa Morning coffee drink which is up there with my favorites now! The wide variety of tea flavors is impressive and I liked every single one I tried. The peach ginger and coconut were among my favorites! Oh and the Texas Chai! So yummy!!!

Used to get a dark chocolate iced coffee here for $6. Then today I go and it’s over $8. Was charged for whipped cream and mocha drizzle when the picture has both on it on the menu. Pretty ridiculous to raise the prices by that much without a warning and without showing it on the menu. Won’t be back again

I came here a day before the soft opening and met some of the family who own this place. Really cordial people. Jim showed me around and let me sample some of the teas while I was there. I love the organization of the store and the choices available. I definitely came back on grand opening day and tried the caramel macchiato. Delicious! That’s probably the best I’ve tried, so I went back today to get another one and a Ryan Palmer. My daughter tried a watermelon and mint tea mix and said it was also really good. I’m happy this place opened here!

This place is very good but it should have a more varieties of tea’s since it’s a tea store. I was hoping they would have dandelion or chamomile, but they don’t and those are the most two requested tea’s with peppermint and healthy at that. If they can get those on the menu that would be great and my review might change cause when I requested the girl working to ask her boss to get them she was clueless… the peppermint green tea is very good.

Stopped by here today and the doors were locked but Mark came to the door and let us in. He explained that he had to close early due to several staff members being out because of the flooding. I go to HTeaO every day in my hometown. HTeaO’s tea is the absolute best! This location in Marble Falls is awesome and Mark went above and beyond to help me get my tea fix! Highly recommend!!

Ordered a Georgia peach sweet tea. The guy read it back and said sweet tea. I said no Georgia peach sweet tea. He said it’s the same thing. No it’s not sweet tea is just that no flavor. Georgia peach sweet tea is Peach flavored. Not good customer service. Then the four teas did not have the flavors written on top like they should.

Disappointing Experience at HTeaO Marble Falls

We’re from out of town and usually love HTeaO, the tea and service at our local location have always been top notch. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during our visit to the Marble Falls, TX location.

We arrived around 12:43 PM and ended up spending over 30 minutes trying to get two medium coffees, which is honestly ridiculous.

When we pulled up to the drive-thru, we waited a full 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” no communication at all. When we finally got to order, it was hard to hear the employee, and just as hard for them to hear us.

After ordering, we were told to pull up by the side doors. That threw off the entire drive-thru flow behind us. We were told the drinks would be ready in 5 minutes, but we waited nearly 20 more minutes before going inside to check on them.

We weren’t rude, just asked if the drinks were ready. The employee handed us a card for a free tea “for the wait,” which was a kind gesture, but we can’t even use it since we’re from out of town.

At the end of the day, this wasn’t just about the delay, it was about the total lack of communication, the disorganization, and the lack of urgency or care from the staff.

We normally enjoy and recommend HTeaO, but this experience was a letdown. Hopefully, the team running this location can step it up.
