My favorite dunks. Amazing customer service and always get my order right. Except the rude one that works morning shifts before 7am. I avoid her and go to the other dunks if it’s morning and I can. In the afternoon this one is my favorite.

Just ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese with AMERICAN cheese got a BURNT maple bacon egg and cheese with sharp cheese and my coffee was supposed to be a French vanilla swirl absolutely no French vanilla at all. the only good thing was the gentleman in the drive through was extremely nice so that was a he only plus I guess I will eat at lunch time.,

The staff provided excellent service. They deserve the best rating. Their boss does not allow them to take TIPS! When I tried to give it again, this incredible employee declined and stated she could not accept my generosity because she follows the rules as set forth by her EMPLOYER! . She deserves my gratitude at the very least! Merry Christmas.

I have been coming to this Westfield Dunkin on Southwick Rd since last summer. I always start my day here which means I’m usually there before 7:00 a.m. Back then, things ran nice and smooth and I was always able to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, over the last several months, the service seems to have gone downhill and takes much longer to actually get your food. This is puzzling to me because the service and food have always been top notch. I have noticed a few of the familiar faces that worked behind the counter are no longer there. Could it possibly be a training issue with the new workers?

Alex and Hailey were delightful. I ordered on the drive-thru app and there was a hiccup with the machine not receiving my order. It was addressed politely by both and they were wicked kind. Top notch customer service. Will be returning.

This is an updated dunkin’ donuts with new decor. Easy access from a main road and is one of the more consistent dunkins in town. Staff is consistent and works quickly to get orders out. The morning can be very busy and I have witnessed people become overwhelmed with the number of orders but I have had consistent food and my order was always correct.

Wow!! Stellar service! My daughter couldn’t have dairy in her coffee and there wasn’t a dairy-free option for the Pumpkin Spice Latte. However, the nice gentlemen who served us went out of their way to work something out… we were very blessed by their consideration.

This place is always a hit or miss with the coffee, and the employees. I’m happy to report that at the moment, they have a pretty good crew on for most days and nights. This place however does NOT stay open 24/7 and neither does the Shell Gas Station the Dunkin Donuts is in. But I cant say that it’s neat and pristine either, because the place has been very dirty with spills on the counter and trash over flowing.
