There I was coming in 20 minutes before closing, and I get greeted by Diego. A total great guy and even better manager. He was super helpful and reassured I had enough time to order my meal even though I arrived 20 before closing. And a big shoutout to the cook Julio, super quick delivery with the meal I ordered and all with a smile on his face. These 2 guys were amazing! And it’s my second time arriving, not to mention the place was spotless when I arrived, tables clean and floor mopped. My order was a plain double cheese burger and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with shredded lettuce only and a large fry. Got home and opened them bad boys and they were delicious. 10/10 or rather 5/5 stars I’ll be a frequent customer for sure!

No cheese on both of our double cheeseburgers. Went inside to get it fixed. Was not friendly service. They took the burgers and slapped cold cheese on them. No new fresh burgers offered.

I was at this Carl’s Jr. location on 2-21-2025. As I first walked in, the lady said hello and gave me a warm welcome.
It was just another “That kind of morning” to me. Hahaha I happened to spill my water all over the table. A tall, nice guy with a ponytail came by and helped me clean up without attitude but with a smile and kind words. No wonder this fast-food joint got 4.9 stars. I’m so impressed…

Started out really nice. But recently has just took a turn. Last set of burgers had hardly any sauce and if you’re going to Carl’s Jr you’re looking for Paris Hilton sauce down your arms good eating. Not a dry slightly burnt patty. Not to mention you can never understand the people taking your order, whether the sound system is too quiet or they speak too fast or they talk over you when you’re trying to order. Just annoyed.

So..I ordered a regular chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken and fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The sandwich and fries tasted fishy. I won’t be returning to this Carl’s again. I was very disappointed.

It would be nice if they were open later like most other locations, other than that my experiences at this location are always outstanding. The food is always good and Isaiah is always very outgoing and personable while showing initiative to go above and beyond for a customer. To top it off, the store is new with modernized decor while always smelling and looking pristine!
