My BF and I went with another couple on their reccomendation. The ambience is very nice and the staff is super friendly. I got the mushroom soup, pork chop, and shared the 3 scoop sorbet. My BF got the scallops. My pork chop was a good size and delicious. The scallops were done excellently, but there only 3 with a garnish-like side. The other couple got The pork chop and a vegetarian pop over thing. He also got the warm mushroom salad. He said they were both terrible. They had eaten there a number of times before, but were embarrased about the food that night. The prices are quite expensive for what you get. 2 appetizers, 4 dinners, 2 glasses of wine, 2 desserts was $280. We will probably not be going back.

Staffing, services, food, and vibe is superb. The dry aged NY was so good with their spread on top. Would definitely come back.

Totally worth it in every sense. The craft is totally apparent and the love for ingredients is clear. What a tremendous summer choice. It’s also not so loud and a relaxed atmosphere with a spacious footprint. We stayed too late to check out Taylor’s market next door, but next time I guess. Yes it’s all local and the meats are really special.

Unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectations based on reviews. The gnocchi were dry with some blobs of blue cheese and a few pomegranate seeds scattered around.
Our other appetizer with braised carrots and beluga lentils was good. If you are not a meat eater the entree pickings were limited to a dry scallop preparation. We had sea bass that they graciously offered to bring in from their shop immediately adjacent to the restaurant. Unfortunately it was rubbery, undercooked and cold. The dessert – apple bread pudding for two – was also underwhelming. Informed that the metal pan was very hot we did not anticipate that the dessert would be cold and as uninteresting with a lot of bread and a few slices of apple on top. Lots of delicious cinnamon however. Very nice and attentive staff but the kitchen unfortunately just didn’t live up to our expectations.

I love this place and dine here every week. The food is always delicious no matter what I order. The atmosphere is so nice and waitstaff is friendly and attentive. I sit at the kitchen bar to watch the chefs work their magic. 4 stars because the entrees can be pricy and parking is not the best as it is a busy intersection.

Outstanding steak! The strawberry chiffon cake is very, very good. We sat outside and didn’t feel neglected even though we had a large party of about 20 people. The salad was perfect as well.

A lovely little gem in Land Park. A small but excellent menu. Cozy atmosphere. Wonderful wine list. Spectacular service. Reservations recommended! Expensive, but worth every penny.

Delicious and inventive surprises each and every dining experience prompt this review. Each plate is thoughtfully crafted and presented. Most importantly, the food is delicious, and the service matches the food in quality.

The aged ribeye will satisfy any carnivore, as would the amazing chicken, brined pork chop or any other choice on the menu.

Every time I leave after eating, I appreciate the great service and warm feeling of this intimate eatery.

This place is in the regular rotation as a special eatery to be savored and appreciated. Great. Great. Great.
