I went in Friday 2/13 at 11:50am. I placed a pick up order and came 5 minutes later to pick it up. The lady at the front, her name started with a K, had an attitude at the speaker and when she gave me my food because she said the order JUST came through and that next time I need to wait to pick up my order to give them more time. Mind you, there was no one in the drive thru and no one in their lobby based on the 2 cars outside.
I shouldn’t have to get reprimanded for picking up my order when it would’ve been the same thing if I ordered right there in the drive thru. It’s fast food.

I just had the weirdest experience here in the drive through. I was the only person in line and the staff person named Janet N. Had told me to back up my car out of the direct line of sight of the drive through window and then she waved me forward when the food was ready. I asked her what the point of that was and she gave me some BS answer that didn’t make any sense. I don’t know if they are tampering with the food or what but what would be the point of having the only person in line back up out of the drive through window to only wave them forward a minute later? I put in a complaint to corporate about this because this is the oddest behavior I have ever encountered from a staff at a fast food drive through.

I ordered dinner for 3 people tonight did my order on the Jack in the Box App Doordash lady dropped off my order forgot my two sodas but I called the store manager didn’t credit me just said they were really busy! Smh..No apologies either never will order from that store.

GO 2 MILES DOWN THE ROAD TO THE ONE AT 35TH AND THUNDERBIRD! You will be thankful!
IT FEELS LIKE EVERY TIME I COME HERE SOMETHING IS WRONG. IF THE NIGHT STAFF ISN’T BEING COMPLETELY RUDE WHICH IS REGULARLY, THEN THE MILKSHAKE MACHINE IS DOWN, OR THE SYSTEM IS UPDATING. IT’S NOT ONCE OR TWICE, IT’S MORE THAN HALF OF THE TIME I GO HERE. I’VE GIVEN IT SO MANY CHANCES.
Tonight was the last straw, they messed up an order of mine and I was trying to explain how to the worker, just in using, and first he tried to tell me they didn’t, then he tried to tell me how I should’ve handled it, I think he thought I was trying to get a refund, which I wasn’t. I was just trying to order something and explaining what happened last time I ordered it. It was so ridiculous and insulting.
I live less than a quarter mile away and I will drive 2 miles to go to the one at 35th every time from now on!

I dropped off a teenager at a local restaurant and wanted to pick up an ice cream for me here. It had taken a long time to pick her up and drop her off and I realized I needed to go to the bathroom so I went inside instead of the drive thru. I actually had spent $40 in this establishment a couple weeks before. They wanted me to order before I could have a key to relieve myself. Sometimes that’s just not possible. I took my business elsewhere. You know, I’m 47. My mom is 82. She has close calls all the time. I understand there must be a homeless issue, but it really is dehumanizing. I thought I was going to have to pee my leg in their restaurant. Very very humiliating experience. If you want to be treated with any kind of dignity, do not go to this place.
