The barista‘s were super rude and did not make my Matcha strawberry Frappuccino correctly and so when I came back and said that it didn’t taste good and I’m really sorry, but I’m hoping that you could remake it something else. They just rolled their eyes at me and I did not appreciate how I was treated at this location.

Y’all ~ I was a little weary, tbh ~ but the barista sounded amused I even chose the new Brown Sugar Oatmeal Milk Cold Brew drink and asked if I wanted to try any other flavors in it. I was amused in return he asked that of me and decided to add some vanilla to it! He placed an order for 1/2 brown sugar & 1/2 vanilla. Goodness, You Guys. It was Delicious!! Great job, Starbucks Oak Harbor ~ got my new favorite coffee now.

I’m an extremely frequent Starbucks patron. I live this location because easy parking, spacious and well laid out seating. The staff are almost always top notch in terms of politeness, capability, and just all around on the ball. I also like the design of the store with different seating areas inside and out.

When I walked up to order I wasn’t greeted or helped for serval minutes. The two girls working were talking amongst themselves and didn’t stop. I almost left because it was clear they were ignoring me. One of the girls finally took my order. They didn’t call out my name or notify me when my drink was done like they do any other time. Super rude girls.

This Starbucks is inside the Target adjacent to Cascade Mall. It’s a small one, but convenient for getting a drink on your way in, or grabbing one for the road as you head back out.
Not a big fan of their brewed coffee, but there’s no better place than Starbucks to get a mocha — or a Frappucino on a warm day.
