I ordered a St Patrick’s Day dozen via Uber Eats and they delivered only three themed donuts and you can tell the rest were whatever they had the most of. I understand you run out, but at least call the customer to discuss substitutions. Who wants six glazed donuts? Awful service!
Edit: After I complained on their website I did get a call from their manager who apologized and said he’d correct the employee. He did offer to make up for the issue, so I revised the rating to show they put in the effort to correct the situation which I appreciate.

We frequent Shipleys often. My daughter and I always get the bacon, egg and cheese kolache. This morning, my husband went to get them and we started eating it only to find that neither of ours were cooked entirely. There was lots of raw bread dough in the center. I tried to call but no one answered the phone and there was no available voicemail to leave a message. Very disappointing.

I ordered egg and cheese kolaches and they gave me (invisible) cheese and ham. They also have different kolache options on the menu, and when I ordered at 6 am they had nothing. I recommend making a sandwich at home rather than buying kolaches from this place.

New addition to the area. Their donuts were good with a different taste to them, not so sweet like other donut shops. They had a variety of options and my favorite was the coconut donut. Kolache was good too.

I had a Shipley Donut addiction years ago when I lived near 2 of them. Were always excellent. The managers would always make up special for me a 1/2 dozen “glazed & chocolate frosted” donuts if I called in advance of coming. Addicted! Yes!
This new store in Providence Village was exciting to see pop up!! BUT the donuts are NOT the same.
What in the world, y’all are serving day old donuts? I was there at 7AM on Sunday morning, 7AM and the chocolate twist was dry, hard, very skinny, and barely had any chocolate. Cinnamon rolls dry & cold. if we can’t trust fresh donuts at 7am whats the point. Go get 7/11’s or Krogers yesterday donuts for 1/2 to 1/4 the price. Well no, never.
Docked atmosphere stars for missing the butterfly donut, it looks like y’all don’t make that one? Thought all Shipley stores do.

Lived in Houston for years and I now live in the neighborhood behind this location of Shipleys. Horrible! Nothing like the authentic Shipleys. The glazed donuts taste like grocery store donuts. By far one of the worse here in the metroplex. I’ve actually only been to maybe been to maybe two that match the taste and texture of the Shipleys I’m familiar with. I hope this location works on the quality and texture. Because I won’t be back.

We ordered DoorDash this morning. The only things that were decent were the kolaches. We ordered a mocha cold brew, and a caramel cold brew. They both had an extremely artificial/chemical taste to them. The donut holes we ordered were cold and hard. You’re better off going to any of the local donut shops in the area.

While the packaging for Uber Eats was solid and the delivery driver was great, that’s where the compliments end. The donuts themselves? Horrible. Completely soggy, chewy like raw dough, and tasted like they were made days ago—then left out and forgotten. The cake donuts were just as bad…dry, stale, and inedible.
We ended up throwing the order in the trash. Total waste of money. We had to opt to ordering from a different place and pausing our schedule for to picking up our food.
To make matters worse, Uber Eats refused to issue a refund for this clearly unacceptable order, so I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute. I’m not paying for food no one in my house could eat. Do better, Shipley.
This was our first and last time to try Shipley’s. Never again..

For almost $20 dollars for half a dozen donuts and a couple kolaches, I would anticipate that the donuts would be really good! Unfortunately this was not our experience this morning. The donuts were all hard, like perhaps they were left out and a bit stale. They were all incredibly sweet. I have not had this experience at other locations, but we recently moved out here and are a bit disappointed.

EVERY TIME we go to this location, they are out of items and the food we do order is wrong. It is a guessing game to figure out who in our family got what they actually ordered. Today was the same and the last straw. We will not return.
I recommend to the Happy Daze donut shop across the street. They have consistently excellent service and your order will be correct.
