Great subway franchise, probably one of the nicest/ cleanest ones I’ve ever seen. The cold cuts and toppings were fresh as well. The staff was friendly and courteous, and offered me a drink when I was waiting there after accidently locking my keys in the car.

Ordered a 12″ steak and Avocado and they put no Avocado on the sandwich at all. Ordered a second 12″ and ask for it toasted. They did not toast it. I drove about 5 miles each way to get this and didn’t want to drive all the way back to get them to do their job.

We are from out of town visiting and stopped by this location. The young ladies that took our orders did not act like they appreciated our business. I ordered a breakfast flatbread and ask that it be toasted because the texture resembles cardboard when it’s not toasted. The young woman making the sandwich almost refused, stating that they do not toast flatbread. I insisted that it be lightly toasted, as that’s what I prefer. I was a general manager at Subway for over 5 years in the past and we were never instructed to refuse to make a customer’s order the way they asked. We could advise the customer that it may get hard, burn, or something else, but we couldn’t/didn’t argue with the customer or refuse to make the order the way they’re paying to have it. I’m glad I’ll probably never have to use this location again because the service was unprofessional and unappreciative.

Stop by this location on the way back from a boat tour. Just to cool off and grab a bite to eat. This subway service was better here than any location in colorado. Keep up the good work.

This review is about the Subway in Lafitte, Louisiana (store # 61656). The service is really good over there and I told the girls I would write a review (even though I usually never take the time to do this). I know it’s ” down the bayou” in a kind of quiet area where they don’t have customers every 5 seconds. However, it’s always EXTREMELY CLEAN, the restrooms are spotless….. they are always very nice and polite. Megan is wonderful: always greets you with a smile….. they are very customer service oriented and even when there are no more customers: they’re cleaning and straightening something……. they ‘re working ! (not making personal calls or playing on their smartphone like you see so many employees do in other places when they get a break….. !!!) It’s always about Subway and cleaning or improving something. I go there a lot and eat on the premises. Sometimes, I’m the only customer there so I see exactly what’s going on. I often stay there for a while……..

I have never had a bad experience each time i come to this subway. Cookies aren’t always sameday fresh but still good. Staff is friendly and a good place to stop if you plan to be in the bayou all day fishing.
