Went and saw a band, service was good, but not great. Typical college bar, the only way to get a drink is to go up to the bar. They could easily have put one of the gals out waitresses.

Beware that they will leave your cards on the bar for others to take!
I did not know they didn’t hold on to cards for a tab so the bartender just left it in the bar. Some thankfully took it to the KJ but between that and adding a $5 tip I certainly didn’t authorize I will not be returning.

Yes the service can lack somtimes because uts not a very busy place and gets crushed by the bar up the street but the atmosphere is very good and appropriate for a bar-goer or a family dinner. The food is excellent, sure its not some crazy fancy stuff but I prefer it over Chelos. All in all it is a nice appropriate place for a meal and maybe a drink if you are into that.

The barmaid was friendly enough, the music way to loud for any one place and the bloodymary I had was subpar, but it is a nice and welcoming environment, the decor is rustic and very nice and the beer I had was chilled and good. I would return, just for the beer, any given day.

Great bar in Kearney, a go to spot for college students most weekends. They have beer pong on a center stage, modern music playing, a shuffle board, and the best Moscow mules you’ll have here.
