The food was great, and the portions were too large to finish. The staff was exceptionally kind. Our food was at our table less than20 minutes from the time we drove up to the restaurant. The highlight of the visit was the hostess/cashier. She was exceptionally kind and checked on us throughout our visit, making sure we got any and every thing we wanted or needed. The only negative was that it was slightly loud. I’ll revisit if I pass this way again.

Four stars if you purchase the fajitas (and only the fajitas!) What I really love about this place is the friendly service and the atmosphere. I’m a native New Mexican so what I think of as quality Mexican food isn’t at all what is considered good in Alabama. Still, I like going here, eating fajitas and enjoying the nice restaurant.

The quality of food and much better that most Mexican food. We eat here on a weekly basis and always enjoy the food. Sometimes they can be understaffed but the quality of the food far makes up for the slow nights. Worth visiting

This is one of the cutest restaurants in Springville. They have amazing food and are always busy. In small towns it can be difficult to stay open as a small business but they have been there for awhile. That alone says a lot about them!

We love casa del sol! We even had our rehearsal dinner there. Service is always quick and the staff are very friendly. Prices are good and so is the atmosphere.

Great food, a little pricey for a regular Mexican restaurant. The portions were very big so the price makes sense. Just a little too much food and cost for me. Will probably share a meal the next visit.
