Ordered a pizza for the first time at this establishment recently. Honestly. I’m not a fan of the donatos crust to much, but to each their own. It was hot and fresh though. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly and service was quick.

Haven’t had Donatos in a very long time and was looking forward to a nice lunch on a Thursday. 11:25 Walked in place was empty did not get greeted. I looked over the food menu. There was a gentleman in the kitchen. Did not greet me. I finally decided what I needed and then after eight minutes, he finally came up, I wanted and I said a number three combo he said that’s gonna take a while by myself. I said well how long is a while he said 30 minutes. I said OK I’ll go somewhere else.

No one but these absolute legends will deliver to my house. I live almost outside of Miami County, and even tho it’s only a 12 minute drive, these guys are the only ones that care about the people on this road. Thanks, Donatos. 5 stars. Also, the food it pretty dang good. I always give a really good tip to these guys.
Update: These guys REALLY do make some good pizza. My pepperoni pizza is COVERED in pepperonis like the picture. Nothing but perfect pizzas from these guys. They have employees who seem to really care about their work.

Last couple of times the quality has been declining and this time our crust was burnt. They told us to bring back the pizza and they would make a new one. Okay cool. The remake pizza was burnt also lol….

The pizza was ready on time and made perfectly. Redeeming a $10 gift card was easy and straightforward. The staff was helpful and courteous. Good food, good service, good people.

Worse service I’ve had waited over 30 minutes for food crew was lazy. For a new store it shouldn’t have problems like them saying the machines are acting up
