Stale bread, as you can see in the picture, my sub basically crumbled, and hardly any meat. The other sub I ordered, a meatball, didn’t have the extra meatballs on it that we ordered and was so flat it looked like someone sat on it. Everytime I go in they only have one person working and they are always swamped. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Always a great visit, the nice lady in there today was nice and did everything perfect. Food is amazing, got the chicken bacon protein bowl. It was loaded with chicken and veggies, AMAZING. My daughter got the meatball sub and she loved it as well

If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Did online order and when went to pickup the worker informed they had no turkey and that they left message on phone. I never received a call so told them what to replace instead of turkey. Got home and 1 the sub roll was burnt and dry. 2 never replaced turkey with Xtra ham. Called Carthage New York subway for refund and worker stated I never told them to add more meat in place of turkey. Bull face liars. Will never go back. Last time they ran out of lettuce, bacon, and provolone cheese. Threw the one sub in trash due to being so dry and mostly lettuce. On top of it all they were subway series subs and never got the Xtra meat and cheese. Poor poor place. Need to shut it down. Plus pretzel was hard and dry. Auntie Annie you would be so disappointed to see how they are ruining your brand

Paid in advance extra steak (received only 1 portion) iordered the Italian club with avocado didn’t receive turkey on sandwich and didn’t get any avocado. They also messed up my daughter’s sub. Idk what’s going on but tonight the customer service sucked and there sub making skills is enough to be desired. This establishment has recently seemed to have gone down hill with their choice of employees.

He continually has a very disgusting appearance with long dirty hair hanging out all over and filthy clothes He was fired from Jreck subs for the same complaint. I for one just turn around and leave if he’s working. Now to be fair he is a pleasant person and could be a solid employee if he was taught about appearances Hygiene and professional standards As a retailer I will tell you that customers make a decision about a person and a business before ever speaking to the person in front of them and weather or not they want to patronize your business

As someone who’s worked in customer service for 20+ years I understand when a customer walks in an hour before close BUT to roll your eyes and have an attitude is unacceptable. It’s not a good look and the person working right now has an incredibly disrespectful attitude. Not sure if Cora had a bad day but regardless it’s not cute. I would give zero stars if I could SOLEY based on her service.

Normally this place is awesome but I’m really disappointed with the service I received today. The lady that made my sandwich was not nice at all very krappy u could say. I told her I wanted a meatball on Italian herb and cheese then noticed she grabbed meatballs out of a microwave and scooped them into the actual meatball container. Assuming maybe she has recently warmed them up and not wanting to question this lady and how she should do her job, I didnt say anything. But when I got home and unwrapped my sandwich I realized it was cold. I’m super upset.

I ate lunch there with a friend of mine. While the young guy with a black beard was making my sub, he reached into his pants pockets with his plastic gloves on and got out his car keys and handed them over the counter to a blonde haired girl, and then continued making my sub.
