Brasserie du Parc itself serves breakfast only, so we tried the Argentinian restaurant right next which covers the rest of the day.
The environment is great as well as the food.
Stuff though must get a bit better trained (not to rush guests to order, not to collect dishes from the table until they are empty etc.).
Parking is valet only.

Amazing place for a family and couples. Thank you to all the staffs from reception who arranged things for us at last min and made changes to concierge for handling so many things for us and the amazing food and restaurant staff. Thank you for the lady at boardwalk in reception who looked after us and my kids and breakfast staff all of them including chef and Anup and manager all were amazing . Thank you for making my and my family great and def 100% coming back and looking forward to spending Ramadan in the hotel 🙂

Martha, our server from Uganda, and the chef from Kenya (who ribbed my husband about eating ice cream for breakfast) were especially wonderful. This is Park Hyatt service and quality at its best.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, everything I tried was full of flavour and beautifully presented. There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from, so everyone can find something they’ll enjoy. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Anup, our waiter, who was always kind, helpful and made us feel truly welcome. And also to Karthik, who went above and beyond during breakfast- kindly keeping the birds ⬛ away so we could enjoy in peace

There are a good variety of food for breakfast. The quality is very good. They even pay details to present a sunny side up eggs. Service is excellent. All serving staff are attentive and professional. We paid about $320 for a night which including breakfast, lunch / dinner. The room is spacious and facing the creek. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

The evening atmosphere was fantastic here, and it appears to be a hidden gem because it was quiet but the food was fantastic, and looked right infront of you. The set menu was delicious and well worth the price.

We were here for dinner today and their service is excellent and the food is amazing. They have a very nice wine selection to choose from.
Recommendations by Dheeraj were great. Ambience is nice with soft music in the background.
The only thing I would like to point out is that the timings mentioned on the website and on google include only breakfast hours. The dinner information is missing.
