No pictures because I ate my food so fast! Gustavo was a fantastic waiter – thank you! Attentive, great recommendations, it was busy and he was super on it. The chilaquiles Christmas style were the bomb! I also really love Ashton’s and these were cooked to perfection. Finished with the strawberry chocolate waffle. Will definitely make this a regular stop when we’re traveling through Hutch.

One of my favorite places to get brunch in hutch. Although they advertise POG juice which is quite literally one of the best juices I’ve ever had in my life, they NEVER have it. They always just say oh we don’t have any today. Its very annoying but other than that its good.

This is a great place for breakfast! I had Huevos Rancheros, a concoction of fried tortillas topped with beans, eggs, queso, tomatoes and onions and a lovely red salsa with a side of roasted potatoes, so yummy! My partner had a Poblano burrito with roasted potatoes, all of it yummy!

First visit and definelty enjoyed it! Paul was our server and immediately had great vibes. Did awesome the whole time, food was good and prices were fair. I also enjoyed the atmosphere- clean, tables spaced well and misic perfect volume. Great job yall! Will be back!

Biscuits and gravy with the new potatoes had fantastic flavoring.
I ordered the French toast small portion and it was just right. Came with 1 French toast, 1 egg & choice of 2 bacon slices or 2 sausage links. ☕️
Wasn’t overwhelming like when you order French toast and it’s 4 gigantic slices without anything else.
Very good service too. Especially being Fathers Day & they were busy.

Love this place! The food is good and the cool thing is watching the train cars go by so close to the restaurant!! Funny thing is that you don’t really hear a lot of noise from the locomotive!

Great dining experience! No complaints, breakfast burger was bigger than expected, and the new potatoes were well seasoned. Will definitely be coming back.
