Honestly the menu has a lot of options and the food is better than dominoes/pizza hut but nothing crazy.
My first time into this location is what changed my mind on Marcos. Terah went above and beyond to make my day so much better. Coming from a food industry background I was impressed by how she represented the chain. She went the extra mile for me as a customer and also treated her coworkers very respectably. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE.

Drove 30 minutes to try Marco’s pizza, placed an order online and for curbside pickup. We get an email confirmation that our order is ready, nobody comes out, we finally go in and they said our order didn’t “pop up” and said they would get the order in, I witnessed employees, touching the screen on the cash register, and then grab dough and not wash their hands. I asked for extra light sauce and the guy overloaded it with sauce, When I told him it was supposed to be light sauce, he said oh well we gotta put a bunch of sauce on it first and then I was going to take some off. Horrible customer service, I had to request a refund. At one point, he even smacked his lips and said just give her a refund and give her some points or whatever. Drive 30 minutes back home hungry. Super disappointing.

If I could give this no stars I would! We ordered pizza tonight and half our pizza was missing sauce, cheese, and another topping. And also not cooked all the way. We ordered cheesy bread as well, it was rubbery from not being cooked all the way and flavorless. It’s like someone intentionally went out of there way to make our pizza this way cause they thought it was funny.

Unacceptable that the menu prices don’t reflect the actual pricing. I cannot believe they wouldn’t honor the menu pricing (And it’s not insignificant difference about $4.00 for just a small cheese pizza!). Employees were nice and showed their own annoyance saying “corporate” won’t change the menus. This was our first time in here not a great impression.

First time order. Walked in & no one greeted me. The pizza was gross, not fully cooked & greasy. Ceasar salad was brown, plastic container didn’t have a lid, but foil. Will not be back.

Found it!! I have been looking for a good pizza since I moved here 5 years ago. I visit Marco’s yesterday and love their flavorful pizza it was absolutely delicious with generous amounts of toppings. The service is also fantastic, my pizzas were ready when promised with friendly staff who welcome me in and said they loo forward to seeing me again. If you’re craving great pizza with excellent service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Marco’s in Cornerstar!

We have been ordering Marcos pizza for a while now as it is our favorite in the area! The staff is so nice as well! We ordered it for our daughters birthday party tomorrow and although they don’t open until 11 and we needed it earlier, the are going out of their way to get in early and deliver it for us. We were very surprised and thankful they are doing this and will remain loyal customers!
