If I could give ZERO stars I would ! Y’all need to do something about the manager(Hispanic lady). She was very nasty with me today when I asked just a simple question but she took it too far ! Never again will I go to this subway and be treated the way I was by her. I honestly don’t know how she is positioned as a manager. She will run your store down ! Also when my step dad goes there and he is deaf, they act like they don’t want to accommodate him or help him ! THAT IS DISCRIMINATION, get rid of her !

Manager seems to not care and argues about everything. While we were sitting here eating a Walmart employee asked for a fork and she said no we can’t give one out. Really a fork. Argue with my wife that the kids meal only came with milk or juice. Said we would take a milk but then they don’t have any. Wanted to upcharge me for more cheder cheese when she barely put a pinch on it. Has hardly any chips in stock Everytime we come in. Manager seems very stuck up. I go to subway all the time and have never came across this before.

Tall Hispanic male was helping me. I asked for Baja Steak and Jack and he kept insisting on a regular steak and cheese for some reason.
He kept asking the young pale woman, who was constantly flirting with him, for help but didn’t ever provide any actual help.
I had to tell them over and over that I want the Baja Steak and Jack. They would turn to the picture and stare for a minute. It would be hilarious if at the end they hadn’t squirted sweet onion sauce and whatever they thought would go on it.
He then tells me it’s better if I just tell him what I want…but I did, the Baja Steak and Jack. I looked up what was supposed to go on it after the interaction and it definitely wasn’t what they did.

I had a great experience at this Subway inside Walmart! The staff was super friendly and quick, even during a busy time. They made my sandwich exactly how I like it, and everything was fresh—from the veggies to the bread.
The place was clean, and they were well-stocked with all the toppings and options. It’s convenient to grab a quick bite while shopping, and the service here definitely stands out compared to other locations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If only I could give 0 stars to this subway, worst costumer service ever. I’m not sure where to start , as soon as I walked in I felt rush by the lady who was taking my order. Her energy wasn’t welcoming at all. When she started prepping my order, she began asking me what kind of cheese I wanted I answered pepper jack and she proceeded to grab white American cheese ♀️. She didn’t toast my bread as I requested it , instead she heated up. The entire time I felt like walking away because I didn’t like how she was handling the food. When I asked for spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, I could see how she basically added nothing. I don’t understand why is it so hard to get what I’m paying for? I’m definitely not going back to this store, it feels like you’re asking for free food when I’m actually paying for it. Don’t waste your money!
