I picked up 75 wings on Christmas day. First of all they small as ever not to mention they weren’t even done. And a lot if the pieces still had feathers on them. Do not waste your time ordering from this location. For Thanksgiving I ordered from the one in Redford and i was very satisfied. I ordered from this location because it was cheaper. But the old saying is cheaper doesn’t always mean better. Do not order from this location because you will be very dissatisfied. This was definitely a waste of my money.

Let me start by saying not all Manhattan fish and Chicken are not created equal!!! The jumbo shrimp and the chicken at the Manhattan fish and Chicken on Grand River is way better than the one in Harper Woods. I thought maybe all the Manhattan fish and chickens got their fish, chicken and shrimp from the same place or even had a standard on how they battered their food and cooked it. I can say the fries both taste the same. But the food that I got from the Harper Woods location was dry. I almost want to say that it was stale. Maybe I went on a bad day. I’ll give them a try some other time.

Used to be really good here, but now the prices have gone up, the chicken is small and dry, the tilapia is small and dry, the peppers cost twice as much. Customer service is always good though!!! I’m gonna be fair and try one more time if the food is like this I won’t be back and I’ve been coming here for a long time.

This is my go-to place for fried fish and chicken. The fried green beans and fried corn on the cob are also delicious. I turned a couple of my friends on to this place as well, including a friend visiting from Georgia. She liked the food so much, she took pictures and posted them on social media. I also appreciate the good service provided by the young ladies who take the orders. Manhattan will continue to get my business as long as they continue or increase the level of service they currently provide.

Great food, great staff! The catfish was thicc, breading crispy, and tasted like fresh or very clean oil! Chicken was smackin and they hit it with the lemon pepper just right! Kelly location is for sure our go-to now!

I took a chance on this place and was left disappointed. The order process went smoothly. I get there to pick up my food and the cashier’s were very friendly and my order was ready. After that everything went downhill. I get home, I ordered coleslaw and it wasn’t in the bag ( I called about the coleslaw before I saw my chicken & she will replace it) and the chicken! Omg, was hard, dark & re-fried. I asked 4 light lemon pepper & I had a powder party! Manhattan DO BETTER! Fry fresh chicken, you’re not fooling us.
