i came in around 8:15pm 8/15. the male employee that took my order and made my smoothie was very nice and did a great job. the other female employee there was clearly angry, tossing and slamming stuff around. two different customers came in while i was waiting for my order, and both times, she starts cussing before they came in the door, angry about getting more business. that’s crazy…

Absolutely TERRIBLE service the workers are rude and mean mug you If you ask any questions about the menu. Black girl with blonde hair needs to be fired she would never actually speak to us again after starting down me and my girlfriend before disappearing into the back with my money for around 3-4 minutes coming back and almost dropping my change to get it into my hands as passive aggressively as possible. Ive never seen a more salty and unpleasant person in my life who’s able to work and make money. Smoothies are pretty good though if you get someone who actually cares to make them make it for you. Regular customers and won’t spend more money here until I see that lady gone

Make sure you order online. My son and I stopped by here today and walked in, a couple and another person had already ordered and were waiting and there were two employees. We walked up to the counter and neither employee spoke to or looked at us for over 5 minutes, when the young girl with black hair finally spoke she asked if we had ordered online, we said no and that was it. They proceeded to make 6 more smoothies without so much as looking at us until we finally just walked out and left. Extremely disappointing, it will be a while before we try coming back to this location if ever.

Very friendly staff & quick service. I placed a mobile order request that the regular protein powder be subbed for whey protein in my smoothie as I have a sensitivity to the normal protein powder they use. I probably drank 2oz of my 32 oz smoothie and within 30-45 minutes my stomach was beyond repair and I literally vomited on myself. I love smoothie king and the staff are very friendly I just wish they would have taken into consideration my request. I’m thankful it was just a preference and not a true allergy, I hope they are more careful when making special request drinks.

I normally don’t leave reviews but wanted to compliment this location. Of course my smoothie was made wonderfully as always. The customer service was even more wonderful. I was helped by a young lady named Elisabeth she was kind and welcoming. You don’t find that everywhere. Will be back.
