Five Guys is definitely an all time favorite spot for me. My lunch was a grilled cheese with 1 patty added, cajun fries, and delicious oreo milkshake. My photo may show different, but the burger was a 10/10. My bun soft grilled to perfection.
Employee Yosselyn was so kind she checked to make sure my order was correct and if I needed anything else. This location very nice clean place with fast service. Space to sit both inside and out. I’ll definitely come back to visit. Thank you for great service.

I came with a complicated order and felt bad for the staff dealing with me. Joselin, I believe the manager was so patient and helped me better navigate my order and with a smile.

Great location and setting, and the order was filled quickly. Person with allergy needs to know that peanuts (with shells) are available for self service. The food portion was ample, even with the little burger and small fries. The reason for the 4 stars was due to my preference of toasted buns and less sauces running on my burger.

I ordered on the app at 1pm, then got tied up at work for three hours just after I clicked “on my way”. When I got there at 4pm, my order was still there on the pick-up shelf, but the young lady behind the counter suggested they make me a new one, and even said a Five Guys is supposed to be made fresh. What a pleasant and unexpected gesture. She deserves a big bonus for being such a top-notch advocate and asset to Five Guys Clarksville.

Where do I start. The staff today reminded me WHY I stopped doing fast food. Let’s forget the flys…kudos to the guy with the fries…but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AN EPIC FAIL. I cannnnotTTTT believe I spent 20 DOLLARS on the worst intake, the worst service, the worst burger — not appetizing AT ALL. I would excuse a new person being trained on he job but the person training her forgot to comfort the customer who saw 3 orders behind her go before her. The trainer also abruptly left my order without communicating to the register intake”er” what my order was…then, the trainee laughed throughout messing up 2 orders throwing away incorrect orders and not protecting the food from the fly…and after spending $20 for a BURGER with BURNT BACON, you would think all of this mattered—yet, it did not. EPIC FAILURE … disappointing. This entire team (minus the gentleman working the fries) should be EXCUSED from this store FOREVER!!!!!!!!

I’ve tried a few five guys in the greater Columbia area, and this is the one that I drive out of my way to go to. The burgers are noticeably better than other Five Guy’s in the area, they always get the order right (remarkable how you can get that wrong), and give more fries than I need to eat. Note that I have never sat down and eaten here, only used them for takeout.

The app made it do easy to order and pick up. The Cajun fried where good, but a little bit to salty for me. The shake was great. The hamburger always good. Service was quick efficient and down to the point. Awesome.

Great loaded grilled cheese (I love their grilled cheese with jalapenos!), family loves the cheeseburgers & fries. The cajun fries are super yummy too, deliciously spicy . Easy to order online & then safely go pick up.
