Finally made it over a couple days ago. I left feeling kind of meh.. about it. So I thought I would take a few days to think it over before writing the review. Another kitchen with self serve monitors yet have very nice employees guiding you through the process. Why not just take our order? It takes so much more time taking your own order while trying to figure out the process. We just want to eat . Again, staff is great but I do not understand how hospitality is applied when you are at self serve location.
As for the food, I ordered the turkey sandwich and a pizza. It was okay. I give the sandwich a 2/5, it was not as pictured. Bacon was like the precooked kind you buy at Costco, sides of sandwich had no product and pizza 4/5. Pizza was good but for the self serve style of service and premium price for it it’s not a 5/5. Bottle beverages $3-4 for sodas.
May not be for me but it is VERY popular and would still recommend you try it. There is a wide variety of options. If you have time, walk in and have some fun checking it out. If you are on a break or short of time? Definitely order ahead. They seem to get pretty busy and again very popular. Check it out.✌

This is the second time we’ve been to neighborly, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. This time I went to mixtape and had the double chicken burger and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. My wife has the mushroom bowl and it too is delicious. The time before we came here, we had the pizza from the cheese shop of Beverly Hills and it was good if not great. The fact that you can get all the different restaurants in one place is kind of like an Uber eats kitchen where they make food for all different types of restaurants. So if you’re interested in going to a restaurant where you can get all different types of food for all types of different people this is the place for you. The inside is well lit clean, extremely well run and well stocked with all types of grocery type food items meaning drinks, frozen pizza, pasta and other such things if you’re in the Thousand Oaks area and you’re interested in a different type of tiny experience I suggest you go to neighborly.

Very fresh food and a lot of variety to fit every craving in a very nice atmosphere with multiple options to sit outside. Food came out quick and was greeted very well at that time and at the end. Very friendly people working and that good energy translates into great food. Ordered chicken avocado wrap and the Thai basil chicken. The wrap tastes very fresh and clean and Thai basil chicken had great flavor and felt like I was at a Thai restaurant. It’s very easy to order off the screens and love all the options. Highly recommend!

If you follow What’s Gaby Cooking, you know how exciting it is to have Neighborly and Gaby’s right here in Westlake Village. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The salads, bowls, and sandwiches are all incredible.
They recently added catering, and as a local realtor, I love having this local gem cater my broker open houses. The salads and sandwiches are always a huge hit.
Such a great addition to the Westlake Village food scene and one of my favorite local spots.

This is 5 restaurants in one kitchen so I will try my best to review. I have only tried the Sicilian Margarita pizza and the chicken kabob wrap which were both really good. There is so many things to try on the menu and I am excited to go back and try the other restaurants.

I’ve been to Neighborly twice and enjoyed it both times.
My favorite entree is the salmon rice bowl, which comes with pesto salmon, herbed rice, slice avocados, green beans with sun dried tomatoes and some green salad. Totally delicious and big enough for 2 meals.
They also have delicious coconut soft serve ice cream that you can have alone or with toppings.
My lunch mate complained about the various things she didn’t like about Neighborly, like the too-loud music. However, I’m ok with the whole setup.
The only thing that’s confusing is the electronic order menu, but I think it helps if you look at the menu ahead of time online.
That way, you know what you want and can quickly process your order.
The gift shop is cute and I enjoyed the cookie samples.
The wait staff was also helpful. A shout-out to Mike, who comped me a strawberry “Saturdae” (as opposed to a sundae). He was especially kind and helpful.
I definitely plan to return!

might be my new go-to spot!! This concept of one spot with multiple menus is unique and fun, and it’s executed so so well here. My family and I ordered from 3 different restaurants and we were all SHOCKED at how good everything was. on top of that, prices were reasonable and ambiance was beautiful. I love it.

Fast paced mini food court. That has several restaurants inside one spot. Everyone is very helpful and friendly here. I stumbled in on one rainy day and now im hooked. Im in trouble. They sell healthy to go meals to and lots of organic foods. There is a small eating area as well.

Great fast food alternative if you are in the area. Lots of outdoor seating with views of the surrounding hills makes a nice ambiance.
I ordered the Chipotle Taco salad. It was light on the dressing which I liked but could have used a little more flavor. Overall, the food was fresh and healthyish.
